This first-floor apartment is accessed via a private staircase leading to a large, fully covered balcony, ideal for outdoor dining in any weather. The balcony is well equipped with a table, chairs, sofas, and a barbecue. Inside, the bright living area features a comfortable sofa, a large wall-mounted TV, a modern kitchen, and a dining table—creating a warm and welcoming space for relaxing or entertaining.
The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and shower, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk beds, and an additional bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Air conditioning is available in the living area for added comfort. Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool, complete with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. A cot and high chair are available upon request, and parking is conveniently located along the roadside.
