This is a hostel-like hotel with shared bathrooms and showers, this is not stated in the hotel description and came as a surprise when we arrived. It's not disability friendly as there is a steep slope to access the entrance. Overall a nice stay for a couple of nights though

Only drawback was the absence of an elevator and the entrance of hotel is at the top of a path not accessible by car.

Jas Hotel location
Service staff are friendly and the room is clean. The location is very good as it is near to the old town however, there is no proper drop off where cars need to park a distance away and luggage have to pull up a steep slope with some stairs at the end. Else it will be a great 4.5.

Great hotel with friendly staff.
Great hotel and very friendly staff. We loved pur stay. The in-house onsen was a hit with the family. We would definitely recommend staying there!

Excellent hotel on hill with in-house onsens.
Really great hotel on the hill overlooking the old part of town. Clean and comfortable. We stayed in both the Tatami room and the Western room and they were both excellent. My family loved the inhouse onsens and the breakfasts. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

アットホームな感じ。高山陣屋や陣屋前朝市や古い町なみに近いため、チェックイン後とチェックアウト前に散策できて良かった。お風呂は、イマイチかな⁉︎

Good hotel
Good hotel a good locational. When we reserved we did not realized that the bathroom is outside the room, but it was not a big problem, it was not crowded. Also hotel has a small onsen inside where you could relax. Good relation price-quality.

ただ、１点を除けば・・・
とても良かったです。ただ、残念だったのはバスタオル、フェースタオルがとても臭かったです。お持ちになることをお勧めいたします。お部屋にミネラルウオーターはありません。これは価格的に仕方がないかと・・・浴衣、タオルの交換がありませんでした。フロントにお声掛けしておいた方が良いかもしれません。機会があればまた利用したいです。

部屋はとても綺麗です。朝ごはんはパンと玉子焼きとソーセージでした（おかわりできないようです）。コーヒーと牛乳はおかわり自由です。 お風呂ちょっと狭い、大人３人なら大丈夫。 駐車場の位置が分かりにくいでした。

料金が安く駐車場が無料だったのは良かった。サイトでは星３つに分類されていますが、バストイレ共同であることはもっとわかりやすく記載して欲しかった。設備は古めで、全体的に匂いが気になった。

Расположен примерно в 15 минутах пешком от железнодорожного вокзала, рядом исторический центр городка, очень удобно. Здание расположено на пригорке. Бронировали стандартный номер- он без санузла, с кроватями. В гостинице есть свой маленький онсен. Очень чисто, персонал очень приветливый. Завтрак скромный. В целом очень неплохо. Своеобразный гибрид рекана и хостела.

房東人非常的好,是馬來西亞的華僑，雖然是民宿但是也有自己的幾個免費停車位給客人使用，但是要注意同一個停車場不是所有停車位都是它們的，其中有幾個是其他日本住戶的不能亂停，幸好我們先去停車時有拍照，入住時房東馬上說那個不是它們的停車位，要快去移車，以這個價位來說住在高山這區是真的很便宜ＣＰ值相當高，離高山老街逛街也很方便，不過廁所是公用的，雖然走廊上有暖氣，但是在廁所內還是很冷，冬天去的時候感覺超涼的

お値段が安かったし、口コミで良くないのもあったのてどんな所か不安だったけど、朝食込みでこのお値段なら充分でした。 ただ部屋のエアコンの効きが良くないのか暖房31°にしてても寒かったので熟睡は出来なかったです。 お布団だけで敷きパットや毛布が無かったから余計かも❓ 外装も綺麗になってたし、洗面台も綺麗でした。 お風呂も気持ち良かったです。

高山陣屋にも近く立地は良いです。土日にも関わらず朝食付きでとても安く泊まれました。たまたま同じ日に泊まった中国人の家族グループがマナーが悪く、お風呂場 洗面所がびしょびしょだったのにはビックリしました。施設自体には問題ないですがね。

The receptionist had no experience in customer service and failed to arrange the reserved car park for our family. It’s extremely inconvenient for us to go back and forth between car parks and hotel. Moreover, The description of the accommodation is not accurate.

アットホーム感やペンション系が好きな方にはいいかもしれません。 建物が古いため清潔感もそれなりと言ったところです。 スタッフの方達もそこで生活しているらしく距離感が近く感じました。 ベッドも古いせいか動くたびにきしむ音がしましたが部屋は広く快適でした。 お世話になりました。

Hotel.com’s beskrivelse er langt fra sannheten!
Dette var ikke et 3-stjerners hotell! Vi vil betegne det som et hostel. Enkle, men bra rom, med felles vasker i gangen og felles toalett. Felles dusj i onsen. Fellesområdene ble vasket hver dag, men rommene ble ikke stelt. Frokosten var bra, men enkel, japansk med noen kontinentale innslag. Bratt bakke og trapper opp til hotellinngangen. Bratt trapp inne. Ingen heis. Hyggelig personale. En egen sjarm og atmosfære.
