Please check the legality of this hotel
I had several wonderful stays that Hotel.com offered. This time the experience " flower Angel-Tainan" disappointed me or even angry. The hotel address is incorrect, and the contact number is an unregistered domestic line. Furthermore, I didn't see any government certificates of hotel or R&B around the front desk. I don't know the hidden agenda that flower angel wants to conceal its actual address, but I doubt its legality. As your customer, I have the responsibility to reflect and ask you to investigate, as it might hurt the reputation of Hotel.com.
The address is No.845, not 866. from the outside of the building, no Kanban or advertisement shows it's a hotel. Weared!

不好的體驗（下標前一定要看）
極度不推薦，理由如下 1.無法刷卡未提前告知，因為訂的日子和房間較多還要再跑去領錢很不方便。 2.地址標示不清也沒招牌，容易開過頭不好找。 3.停車不易未告知，網站上寫有私人停車場及車庫，實際上只有民宿門口可停一輛車，到了現場會說附近路邊都可以停，但幾乎都是紅線。 4.房間很小，和圖片差異很大。 5.浴室使用電熱水器，儲水量小，必須洗戰鬥澡才有熱水，不然一下就只剩溫冷的水，有帶小孩前往須注意。

沒熱水
老闆～遺忘了我的訂房，差點沒辦法住，但老闆有賠償早餐卷2張，房間裏沒熱水，孩子洗澡一半變冷水，孩子全身濕冷了40分鐘，覺得很扯！房間拖鞋超爛，一穿就破！跟老闆反應，老闆有一直道歉一直說要賠償，但這次住宿已經讓我留下不好的印象了！

入住者慎選
為這次旅程抹上一層烏雲 這間根本不是四星級飯店(圖1）只能稱是民宿（無招牌）進入入口擁擠停了機車與汽車，附設停車位為路邊停車（圖2），飯店內浴室附上前房客使用剩下的沐浴乳及洗髮精，前房客的使用過的牙刷未清潔（圖3），床鋪及地板都沙沙的，圖片與實際非常不相符。 停車位問題：詢問櫃台停車問題時告知有不是路邊停車，付款完成後跟我們說路邊自己找車位留電話（萬事Ok) 沐浴乳問題：check in後我們就馬上出門逛夜市，回來時00:30發現房內問題後，業主回應時已經入睡（聽起來明明很清醒）無法處理。 以上考慮入住者請慎選

明明就告知會晚一點到，畢竟下班之後才能出發，都已經很趕了，先前也已經跟老板說了，卻在將要抵達時接到電話，催促我們何時會到，讓人不解，也很不專業。

房間根本沒打掃過 地板都是灰塵髒污。廁所洗手台也是髒的 房間超小。房間一次性拖鞋 還給客人用過的 拖鞋還沒使用前上面就有毛髮 這樣快三千根本騙錢吧

入住前有先撥電話確認住客到達的時間，前臺接待親切有禮，住宿地點在仁德交流道附近，四周商家林立，可持住宿附帶的早餐券至對面的早餐店用餐，整體而言算是不錯的了！

住宿環境很差

Not easy to find the location but the owner called to help. Not much public transportation around, but easy to find a parking space. My room facing the back side of the building is nice and quiet though. The room is moderately clean, but still can be improved.

Very difficult to find the hotel. The photos shown on the website do not correspond to the hotel, but a car park opposite the hotel. No signage of the hotel building. Not good at all.
