観光したい人にはおすすめ。 ◎タウンホールまで2分くらいで交通の便が非常に良い、どこに行くにも便利 ◎スタッフがフレンドリーで親切 ◯タウンホールに大型スーパー ◯周辺に飲食店も多い ◯ラウンジでネスプレッソや電子レンジが使える ◯部屋も清潔で狭すぎず、コスパがとても良い ×隣のビルがルーフトップバーになっており、金曜日から日曜日まではうるさい（私はどこでも寝れるので問題なし）到着日にシャトルバスに財布類を丸ごと置いてきてしまい、（大失態…）困っていたらフロントの方が代わりにバスの会社に何度も電話してくれて無事手元に戻ってきました。大変助かりました、ありがとう。

ホテルからアップグレイドできるとのことで、近くの系列のホテルに宿泊、部屋は広く快適でした。どこに行くにも便利な場所で、デイナークルーズにも参加したのですが、乗り場も近く、助かりました。1Fのカフェは結構混んでました。私はサラダを食べましたが、野菜のボリュームもあり、美味しかったです。

とにかく立地が最高でした。日中外出して買い物しても一旦ホテルに帰り荷物を置いたり、携帯を充電しに帰ったり、近くにスーパーがあったりと本当に便利でした。受付の方々もフロントの前を通る時は常に笑顔で挨拶してくれて感じの良いホテルでした。たまに日本語で頑張って行ってらっしゃい。ごゆっくり〜など話してくれる女性のスタッフに癒されました。(名前を聞けば良かった。) ライトレールも電車もバスも乗り場が全て近くにあります。ホテルで過ごす時間がすくない私には都合が良くまた利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

Nicely located in Sydney

The hotel is located just front of tower hall and QVB. It is indeed nicely located. If we go around the Sydney, we can use the light rail and metro stations. If we buy food and Australian goods, we can easily find nice shops.

立地場所は申し分ない所で駅も近くて大変便利な所です。スタッフの対応は一般的な感じですがアジア人の女性スタッフにホテルにコインランドリーは有るかと尋ねたら　その事については判らない　と理解出来ない回答をされた。部屋は狭いが清掃はされていた。バスタオルが糸はほつれ　穴が開いている物が置いて有った、部屋の掃除を頼んでも滞在中　一度もタオルの交換は無かった。バルコニーのテーブルはボロボロで写真とは違うしゴミは落ちていて掃除されて無くゴキブリの死骸などが有り　不衛生なバルコニーだった。チェックインの日に部屋のセキュリティーBOXが壊れていたのでスタッフに伝えたが最後迄修理してくれなった。
