快適な滞在

素晴らしいホテルで快適な滞在でした。ホテルの夕食バフェが種類も多く、美味しくて、レストランスタッフのサービスに感動でした。残念なのは、スパの設備でした。スパマッサージを受けましたが、マッサージのみでその後のシャワーは部屋で浴びて下さいとの事でした。

ヨルダン滞在最終日を、こちらで過ごしました。死海への日帰り観光を予定していたものの、やはり少しでも貴重な機会や空間味わいたくて。ただやはり、日帰りほどの慌ただしさはないものの、あまりにも素晴らしいリゾートで、1泊じゃ物足りない（笑）！旅程は動かせず、再訪を誓い帰りました...窓から遠くにはイスラエルをのぞむ海の絶景。インフィニティプールの夕景も忘れられない思い出です。スタッフの方は皆物腰柔らかく、とても気持ち良い対応をしてくださいました。プライベートビーチで、朝も夜も死海を楽しみ、お肌もツルツルスベスベになりました。泥はスタッフの方に塗っていただけますよ。しかも上手なツボマッサージ付きで感激でした。

Amazing hotel

All the staff are very helpful and esch of them has warm hospitality. Room are okay but the fridge was not working. Food menu are very expensive but still nice fiod. swimming pool are so perfect and easy access to the dead sea.

ハネムーンで利用しました。ホテル側にもハネムーンで利用と伝えていたのですが、色々なサプライズを用意してくれていて、本当に嬉しかったです。施設も新しく快適で、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。本当にすばらしい滞在でした。

巨大なホテル

巨大な素敵なホテルです。すり鉢状のプールはクールだし、死海ビーチもプライベートで人が少なく快適です。部屋はシンプルだけど眺望の良い部屋だと死海が見渡せます。難点はシャワーの水圧が低いこと。あと食事はホテル内でするしかないが、非常に高い！タイ料理、イタリアンで食べましたが、２品２杯でだいたい8000円程度になります。朝食はビュッフェでまあまあの品数でいい感じです。

良いホテルですがコテージの空調は微妙です。

とても良いホテルです。食事はおいしいです。スタッフも良い。しかしスパはレベルと価格が合っていません。また、お部屋の空調には苦労しました。快適な状態にできませんでした。風邪をひきました。温度を上げると極端な乾燥、そのエアをもろに体で受けることになりました。

まぁまぁ。。。

死海のプライベートビーチ、高級ホテルということでチョイス。しかし、本館に泊まったため、ビーチまで距離が遠い！階段を降りまくり、迷いながら辿り着く感じ。また、周辺にレストランなどがある街というところではないからホテルで食べるしかないが、ホテルが本当に残念賞。日曜ということでたいれすとらがクローズとのことでイタリアンに行くも味は本当にまぁまぁ。朝食のレストランは広く、品数も多く満足はいったが、明るい窓際の席だったためか、ハエが大量発生。不愉快感否めなかった。室内はそこそこ広かったがセンスが。。。オレンジとブルーの雰囲気、ブルーのライトは安ホテルを思わせるほど品がない。もっと大人の落ち着いている雰囲気を期待していたから残念賞。ただ、死海はもちろんよかった。ジムはスニーカーがないと追い出されます。ビーチサンダルで行き、裸足でマットを利用してピラティスをしていたところ、スタッフに追い出されました。マット運動しかしないからスニーカーは必要ない旨伝えたが、通らず。失笑しかでませんでしたね。

リゾートホテルとしては理想的。

数ある死海リゾートですが他の方の口コミを見ても定評があるようにサービスレベルはかなり高いと思います。ウェルカムフルーツで迎えていただき、部屋のミニバーは無料。周辺にはなにもないので食事などはホテルですることになると思いますがこれはしかたないでしょう。ただ、南風の多さには閉口しました。死海は非常に楽しいのですが、ホテルのサポートがあってのことで、その点非常に良くしていただき助かりました。

休暇を楽しむには、最高の立地とサービスです

これまで、滞在した中では最高に素晴らしいホテルでした。特に、プライベートビーチ（死海）を備え、充実したプールとともに、従業員の教育も行き届いていました。セキュリティーも充実しており、清潔で、豪華なホテルでした。立地も、死海の真ん前で、次は、家族で行きたいと思いました。

全てにおいて満足です。特に部屋は広くて落ち着いていて快適でした。冷蔵庫が壊れていたのですが、すぐに修理に来てくれました。レストランは高いですが、美味しかったです。子供も大人も十分に楽しめるホテルだと思います。

As expected

Generally I had a wonderful three night stay here. Dinner is expensive within the hotel but enjoyable. I also enjoyed sea salt scrub at anantara spa and, of course, Dead Sea floating which is pretty much an easy access from the hotel. Staffers are quite friendly and caring. Some very minor points need improvement: elevator maintenance, low pressured shower nozzle, and newspapers that were never delivered somehow.. Hope to get back someday.

広大な敷地のセレブホテル

プライベートプールも含めると9つある。そのうちの一つは温水プールなので寒い季節でも泳げる。ただ円錐形で深いので泳げない人向けではない。プールから直ぐに死海のプライベートビーチに出られるのが良い。泊まった部屋は海辺に近いのでビーチやプールに行くのに便利だったが、本棟だと広いので行くのが大変。頼めばホテル内をカートで送迎してくれる。すしバーもあったがレストランが充実しているとは思えなかったので食事はルームサービスにした。回りにはマリオットなどの高級ホテルしかないのでホテル内で過ごすか、車で出かける。タクシーは無くホテルの専用車がある。専用車はメルセデスベンツで空港までは40分ぐらいだが、かなり高かった。エアポートタクシーならペトラ遺跡（250km）のすぐ傍まで行ける金額だ。セレブの人が泊まるホテルと実感した。

This is an amazing property. I love the adult pool and the restaurant Blu during the day and of course they have a fabulous beach on the Dead Sea itself. The helpful staff at the beach make sure you get the complete soak, mud, soak and salt scrub treatment - be sure to leave them a tip. At reception we were upgraded to a villa and the staff was so helpful, especially Ivan who seemed to be everywhere. The belly dancer is amazing and simply put gorgeous. This is my favorite hotel on the Dead Sea.

This property was just amazing, to be honest the staff who worked there made this property stand out and make my stay amazing. The property itself was beautiful and exceeded my expectation but what stood out the most was the staff , from the moment you get on the property all the staff are tentative to all the details of how to make your stay amazing , I can’t remember the name of the person who checked us in but he was amazing and I just want to say thank you to all the staff who helped make our stay amazing from the valet , doormen , cleaning staff and kind gentleman at the obelisk restaurant (yahya) who helped us have an amazing dinner and was very helpful with information about the property and things to do . I will definitely be coming back and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a couples retreat or a family setting getaway , also my wife had an amazing time at the spa which made her very relaxed.

We received a 20 JOD voucher from expedia to use; we asked for it at check in, yet the receptionist told us to order whatever we want and then it will be refunded at check out. However, we discovered that ordering a shisha is not covered by the voucher at check out, and hence we paid for it and could not use the voucher. It went to waste.

UNE EXPÉRIENCE INOUBLIABLE ! The property is gorgeous. Plenty of pool and direct access to the Dead Sea.

Lovely hotel by the Dead Sea

Incredible service and fantastic team at this hotel. The breakfast buffet and restaurants for dinner are outstanding. The pools were great although one was shut while we stayed for repair. Condition of room was slightly ‘tired’ but this didn’t distract from our stay.
