Obwohl vorab bezahlt und mein Name an der Rezeption gelistet war, wurde das Zimmer an Andere vergeben. Unfreundliche Betreiber, die noch dazu versuchten die Schuld von sich zu weisen.
Fazit: Finger weg von dem Laden!

They did not reserve the room!!!!!!!!
I reserved the room 2 days before my arrival, everything was confirmed but when I arrived to the hotel around 8:30 pm) no rooms were available.
The proposal of the staff was to sleep on 2 matresses on the floor in a room called "HALL" near the reception ( in this room there were 6/7 matresses on the floor): probably this room was for the staff or for the drivers of the jeep that bring turists on the Monte Bromo trip early in the morning.
Terrible experience.

Hotel for Bromo - disappointing
We arrived to find that we were not expected even though we had booked and paid in full via Expedia before leaving England. The man on reception was very apologetic and tried to contact his 'boss' but to no avail. Eventually he put us in a 'Villa', 'Cottage Room'. This was supposedly better than our Superior Room and it was certainly listed as more expensive. It smelled badly of damp. It was dirty. We had to move into another Villa room next day as the place was fully booked. The second room was slightly better but the sheets had obviously not been changed so we had to get them to bring clean ones. All in all a very poor experience. The exception was the very nice man on reception who did his very best.
