Loggia (9 m²) offering a lake view with a relaxing armchair, garden table and chairs - Entrance hall with cupboard/wardrobe - Open-plan equipped kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob - refrigerator/freezer - combination microwave - dishwasher - Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker - kettle - toaster - iron and ironing board - handheld vacuum cleaner and vacuum cleaner) - Main room with sofa and TV - 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and large chest of drawers - 1 Sleeping area with a sliding door and a double sofa bed (130 cm) - Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, heated towel rail, and hairdryer - Shower room with shower, heated towel rail, and integrated toilet.

During the winter season (November to March), electricity billing is payable as an additional fee (€0.22/kWh, based on the meter readings at arrival and departure).
