The house is equipped with a boat lift which overlooks a canal which reaches the Gulf of Mexico in a few minutes.
This villa is fully equipped with superior quality furniture and has 4 bedrooms with bathrooms including a MASTER ROOM, a private pool with jacuzzi, 2 kitchens, a 3 car garage.
