Like they say, "you get what you pay for". Again, ignore the other negative reviews. It is a no frills, sleep and go kind of place. They do provide all the expected amenities and upkeeps despite the deteriorating condition of the building. Great to just come in, get some sleep. A two star facility. No frills. Basic.

The booking was not been confirmed properly.

The hotel couldn’t find your booking. I received an email confirming the booking but the booking was not on their system. I was forced to paid cash again I order to check in. It was really a bad experience especially when it was near 2 am. Please check your system so that I can make a refund.

Uncomfortable stay

Bedroom and shower room are too small. Noisy aircon. Bedsheet and blanket are dirty and smelly.

Good hotel but there is other better hotel nearby.

From lobby to hotel room strong cigarette smell. Receptionist process the booking very slow. Basic room size is about 2x queen bed size only. Hot shower work great. Tv channel very limited and not clear. Free mineral water and coffee. Bed is comfortable but not so clean, can see stain and hair everywhere. Near to shopping mall and bank.

Room was clean and nice...but one of the staffs working there not friendly at all...showing her rude face all the time and thats really dissapointing...remote control for TV not given and it has been given after 6 hours upon requested...very late service...staff not friendly at all

One night stay

The hotel room was small however the bed spring mattress was worn out. The mattress had stains when I lifted the sheets. Honestly we didn’t sleep well we felt itchiness on our hands legs.

Nasty Hotel

Rooms were old and nasty, bathroom was filty with mold, and doors and walls were horrible I checked out the Hotel the next day and they wouldn't give me a refund. The staff said it was difficult to do.So I didn't get my money back for the four days I didn't stay there again l will never recommend this Hotel to anyone. I am very broken behind losing all my money.

Nice place but in need of repairs

Air cond was leaking, room was not cold enough. Evaporation from toilet condenses on the exit ceiling, dripping into the room.

Please improve the check in efficiency

I have stayed at this hotel two times and already booked online but the check in experiences were really disappointing. Very slow. Need to wait more than 10 minutes. But overall, the rooms were okay. But the toilets a bit smelly. The pillows are quite hard. Sleeping without the pillow was much better.
