Il personale è la cucina sono stati proprio di qualità. Quello che è totalmente insufficiente è la camera. Non si può avere in una struttura 3 stelle. Un letto rumoroso e cigolante di pessima qualità. E una Camera che ha un bagno senza finestra né aspiratore. (Agghiacciante)

Das Posthotel ist ein Haus, welches schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Man kann aber zu gute halten, dass noch ein bisschen den historischen Charme versprüht. Siehe Telefonkabine neben der Rezeption. Ansonsten kann es durch den zügig fließenden Verkehr (insbsondere nachts brettern die Einheimischen extrem durch den Ort) ziemlich laut sein und die Ausfahrt aus den Parkplätzen direkt vorm Haus, sehr gefährlich sein. Frühstückbuffet ist gut, leider der Service beim Frühstücksbuffet, aufgrund Überlastung der Servicekraft, nicht unbedingt erwähnenswert.

Wow, amazing hotel would defenatly stay here again food is great .. parking is good the service is top. Very well situated close to gas station supermarkets but yet in a quite relaxing area.

In generale direi che ci siamo trovati bene, personale disponibile e cordiale, cibo di qualità ed abbondante.Unico punto a sfavore è la posizione in quanto si trova sulla strada di fondovalle, abbastanza trafficata in questo periodo.

Accogliente albergo nella splendida Valle Aurina

Camera spaziosa con arredamento e pavimento nuovi. Bagno con vasca di non recente ristrutturazione ma pulito. Ottima accoglienza e gentilezza. Buona colazione e cena. Unici nei, manca l'ascensore ed è troppo vicino alla strada che d'estate e' abbastanza trafficata. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Wie Bilder täuschen können!

Mails wurden nicht beantwortet. Rezeption war bei Anreise nicht besetzt. Erst nach viertelstündigem Suchen unsererseits wurde eine Angestellte im Keller gefunden. Zimmer war nicht vollständig vorbereitet, obwohl seit Buchung (1 Monat im Voraus) bekannt war, dass wir mit Kind anreisen werden. Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Jedoch Textilien sehr schmuddelig, teilweise sogar verschmutzt (Betten, Handtücher, Gardinen ...). Im Bad fehlte der Duschvorhang an der Badewanne, sodass das Bad nach dem Duschen erst einmal von uns trocken gelegt werden musste. Auch Haken für Handtücher suchte man im Bad vergebens. Fernbedienung des Fernsehers funktionierte nicht, Batterien leer. Fenster waren auch schon länger nicht mehr geputzt worden. Das so hochgelobte 3-Gänge-Wahl-Menü aus regionalen Speisen entpuppte sich als lieblos angerichtetes, lauwarmes, geschmackloses Dosen-Etwas, welches keinerlei frische und regionale Zutaten enthielt. Auch das angekündigte reichhaltige Salatbuffet erwies sich als sehr enttäuschend. Die Speisekarte war ein liebloser Ausdruck auf zerknüddeltem Papier. Die Tische (im Internet noch wunderschön auf den Bildern anzusehen) waren weder liebevoll eingedeckt, noch waren die Tischdecken sauber. Zwar wurde uns auf Wunsch ein anderes Gericht serviert, doch leider fehlten auch hier irgendwelche Gewürze und eine nette Anrichtung. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war enttäuschend, hatten uns etwas anderes aufgrund der Beschreibungen vorgestellt. Auch hier wieder Unsauberkeit.

Service, Freundlichkeit und Buchungsrealisierung waren eher schlecht, zugesagte Serviceleistungen wurden nur recht und schlecht realisiert, Personal war unfreundlich, Zimmerausstattung alt, WLAN erst am 3. Tag, Essen naja eher mäßig, bin ich aus Südtirol ganz anders gewohnt.

kein service, wenig personal, veraltete einrichtun

Der Check-In war minutenlang nicht möglich, da das Personal um 18:30 Uhr bereits Feierabend gemacht hatte und nur noch die Kellnerin da war. Sauna wurde bereits früh abgeschaltet. Essen war sehr einfach und unkoordiniert. Dessert blieb leider keines für uns übrig, da sich die ersten Gäste bereits alles genommen hatten. Kellnerin war freundlich und bemüht. Bett war angenehm.

Sehr freundliches Personal

Der Service sehr freundlich und das Essen in der Halbpension ist eine besondere Erwähnung wert. Einzig die Balkontür lies sich nicht dicht schließen, so dass der Straßenlärm störte.
