They have the most amazing pool! Everything was so clean and all the staff we came into contact with were very friendly. The beds are awesome as well. Had a wonderful nights sleep.

My experience was this hotel was excellent all the way around. The room was clean and calming. Loved the walk in shower. The amenities were well above average. Great hot tub, infinity pool overlooking the Tennessee river, splash pad for the kids and a large selection of food for breakfast. It was a fifteen minute drive to The Shiloh National Military park.

I had a great experience staying at the Sleep Inn & Suites Savannah Tennessee Riverfront. The hotel is in a beautiful location right by the river, which made the stay feel peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. I also really liked the amenities—especially the pool area and the overall atmosphere of the property. It’s a great spot whether you’re just passing through or planning to stay a few days. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Savannah, TN area. I’d happily stay here again!

A great place all around. 10/10 would recommend! The pool is fantastic. It over looks the water and as the pool water spills over the sides it sounds like waves hitting a shoreline. The swim up bar is a plus. There's a park right next to the property, which is nice to explore. A good place to unwind. Breakfast was good too. A nice variety of items, but not overwhelming in choices. Sausage gravy was good and everything was fresh. The staff was attentive and friendly...always a plus! The only negative, and most people won't care, but the smokers section is in a very secluded area. It would be nice to have a little outside lounge area facing the river for smokers/vapers. It's pretty much a fact, drinkers who smoke stay awhile longer and spend money. Regardless, we'll definitely be back.

We went to the property after its opening. The staff was amazing. So polite and helpful. The room was clean and a great size for my family and I. The only complaint I have is that they never came to pick up my towels and linens after I called a few times so we just had towels sitting on the floor. I had to go downstairs and grab new ones but I will blame it on them JUST opening. Besides that, absolutely no complaints. They were awesome.

Beautiful hotel with a luxurious pool with a view of the sunset overlooking the Tennessee River! Unfortunately my first room was dirty, the toilet was not cleaned at all, had urine and fecal particles all over it, had to switch rooms when I arrived at midnight. The little coffee tables and the nightstands were also not properly wiped, they were sticky and smelled in my other room. For such a beautiful and brand new hotel, they have GOT to hire a better cleaning crew because for me, cleanliness in a hotel should be #1 priority and non-negotiable. They should also 100% enforce the shoe/shirt requirement when entering from the pool area, as the lobby floor was wet all over at 9pm when I went to fill my water bottle, from all the guests coming through the lobby area from the pool. This is also a major slip/safety hazard especially for the elderly.

I seriously thought about giving this place a TERRIBLE review because I liked it here so much and I dont want to see the price go up once construction on the exterior pool is complete and summer gets here. This is a river front property, however fishing is not allowed on the rocks currently but there is a place to fish about a quarter of a mile away in the neighborhood. The bed is super comfy. The Zenses shampoo, body wash, and lotion in the scent of Sandalwood was amazing. The conditioner worked really well for my hair type. I loved the black make up rag and facial wipes as well as the hand soap. The breakfast bar is pretty standard. There was a bit of a lack of options for diabetics but staff mentioned looking in to more options.

The view from the pool of the river with the pool is amazing. I felt like I was on a resort enjoying the wonderful beach. The swim up bar with a dry side for those who were not swimming was great. The food from the bar was good and was a decent value for your money. Value for the money was great. This was one of the more relaxing evenings I had on my business trip this week. Thanks for not being a typical Sleep Inn.

Not the place to stay at if you want peace and quiet. Very noisy people at this hotel, slamming doors, talking super loud, going in and out their rooms, kids running in the hallway. We were placed next to a side entrance/exit and you can hear the clicking of the door early morning.

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The staff were friendly- it was already 8:30 pm when we checked in- we went to room - I turned the covers down to look at the sheets- on my bed the sheets were not crisp- there were something that looked like crumbs in the sheet and there was a hair on the sheet. I put my blanket over the sheets to sleep there. the double queen room seemed too small it slept 4 but only had 2 sitting chairs and not enough space for luggage. The entire time we were there I only saw one rolling cart to get you luggage to and from your room. The 3rd floor fire alarm went off Sunday morning. I ended up lugging luggage, and a cooler from the 4th floor- down the stairwells. The pool area was so crowded we never got in the pool. I’m not sure for that price I will stay there again. I usually rent a VRBO in the area. The best thing about the stay was the staff- they were amazing- especially when the fire alarms went off.

A nice, new hotel with cute decor. Good breakfast! This property is sitting on the side of Tennessee River and the infinity edge pool is beautiful. We will be back to use the amenities.
