Thank you for your opinion about our hotel. Let us respond point by point to your comments. On the table of each of our six hotel rooms there is a package, which is includes hotel’s manual with rules and regulations including the swimming pool rules. People visiting our hotel often escape from loud noise, especially techno music, which surrounds them in hotels in nearby towns, such as Puerto Escondido, Mazunte or Zipolite. In the past we have had many guests who came to us specifically for this reason and have stated that they came to us to hear the sounds of the ocean and not the constant sounds of techno music. And that's why they are coming back to us for the third time - just like at this moment, when we are responding to your opinion. You were sitting by the pool with loud music playing and we decided to do nothing since you were the only guests at that point. After about couple hours, new guests arrived at the Moon Room and upon arrival, they approached me and asked if music had to be played in the pool. That's when I asked you to use headphones or play music in the room. I thought it would be a fair request since you are no longer the only guests in the hotel. Moreover, these guys were with two small children.Regarding breakfast times, I believe this was explained to you upon arrival, but sorry it was in English and my daughter or wife, who speaks Spanish well, was not with me, so this information was probably lost in translation . Nevertheless, we were always waiting for you with breakfast, which was served to you even at 11:00. We hope you enjoyed it.Rooms are cleaned at least every 2-3 days and we ask our guests to let us know if they need it more often. My wife Barbara asked you about cleaning and you said you didn't need it. Sorry for the bug in the bathroom, it happens because we live in the countryside, very clearly surrounded by nature. We would prefer that you would mention this situation to us during your stay so that we can respond to it.We are surprised to hear that your internet signal was not strong enough. We have a strong Starlink internet service, probably the strongest in town, which covers our hotel rooms. Our internet signal is divided into five areas, so you probably used the wrong address. We even have Starlink internet service on the beach so our guests can work online while relaxing in a hammock or in beach bed. Your mistake was that you did not communicate any of these issues to us during several days you stayed in our hotel. You ate and enjoyed our breakfast and when we asked you if everything was okay, you always answered: YES. Once again, we would like you to mention this issue to us during your stay so that we could fix it or find a solution. Again, we have received very little information from you regarding anything you mentioned in your review during your stay.Our boutique hotel is located in a very safe village, we also have eight security cameras and there is usually no need for room keys as there is
