"We had fun people watching from the pool. Growing up here, I know there are odd people around but we def saw them walking around outside. Lol the hotel itself was great. The girl working days there was really nice each time we talked to her. It was the same girl every day so hopefully she gets some rest! My daughter and I both stepped on something in the pool, which led to 3 bloody toes but they had bandaides, so it was no biggie!"

"We enjoyed our stay at The Blue Heron on the upper floor. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the lake and the hot tub in our room. This hotel is outdated but the vibe is great if you’re looking for a laid back lakeside atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and we enjoyed a nice dinner at Tbones with wonderful service. My only warning to anyone with a sensitive nose is that the use of floral disinfectant is quite strong through the building. We did appreciate the coffee in the lobby and the breakfast in the morning. Thank you to the staff who work very hard there!"

"We absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful grounds, beautiful spotless clean rooms. Common areas just gorgeous. Aaron the host was very kind & helpful with ideas of where to go. the housekeeper, although I do not remember her name was also very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We also got two breakfast coupons for the Warrior restaurant; it was very good. We had a wonderful stay, and we would not hesitate to stay again."

"The hotel management has really put a lot of work into improvements at this hotel. The rooms have been renovated. The checkin is much smoother. The shower works perfectly and is just the right temperature. The provided toiletries are fully stocked. The breakfast is well above average. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. I come every year for the Blueberry Festival and I stay at this hotel each time. There are not many choices for a stay in Plymouth, but IHG makes it worth it."

"We love to stay at Swan Lake. It is a great place a couple hours away in between long trips it makes a fantastic stopping point. My son even golfed this time and the greens and course were in great condition. Definitely will be staying and playing again! The Chophouse Restaurant was superb as always. The Alligator Bites and Bruschetta always are a crowd pleaser for our family."
