Conveniently located 300 m from La Salinette beach, and 700 m from Dinard golf course (which is in St Briac!).
Living/dining room with 3 exhibitions, 1 double bedroom, 1 sofa-bed and upstairs bedroom/dormitory with 3 single beds and 1 sofa-bed. 2 wc.
Only one bathroom! This is why we limit the rental to 6 people.
The 700 m2 enclosed garden lets you enjoy the Breton sunshine and barbecue.
The accommodation
This simple, friendly house is close to the restaurants and shops of Boulevard de la Houle.
The pellet stove is appreciated in mid-season and on chilly evenings in late August.
You can also use our beach hut (Salinette), with everything you need for the little ones.
Traveler access
3 cars can easily be parked on the property, avoiding the inconvenience of parking in St Briac!
