The apartment is on the first Floor of the house. It is pleasantly decorated with parquet flooring and is heated by a floor heating. A cozy sitting area in the living area perfect for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. On being accrued dining table you can perfectly enjoy your dinner. The bathroom has a bath, modern lighting and a heated towel rail. The about 5.5 square meter balcony facing west is quiet in the courtyard overlooking the Alexandrinenstraße. So you can enjoy on quiet afternoons in the sun. The apartment includes an underground parking space.
