大切な金庫！
ホテル設備などは良かったのですが、旅行客にとって大切な財産を保管する金庫が壊れて使えないのは最悪です！ また、ローマまでのアクセスも悪く、タクシーで３０ユーロ掛かりました。その分ローマに近いホテルにした方が良かったです。

Liegt sehr weit außerhalb der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr ungepflegt und befinden sich in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. İch habe alles gehört was im Nachbarzimmer gesprochen wurde. Zum Frühstück gibt’s eine sehr geringe und begrenzte Auswahl. Verstehe nicht wie dieses Hotel 4 Sterne bekommen kann.

Struttura in grado di offrire parecchi servizi e possibilità. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Forse manca un po di manutenzione di piccolo calibro (qualche lampada da sostituire e lo stipite di qualche porta da sistemare) ma nel complesso il giudizio e senza dubbio positivo.

niet luxe wel prima, vriendelijk en schoon.
Prima hotel eten in restaurant viel tegen ontbijt was daarentegen weer prima Al met al niet super niet luxe beetje oud maar wel netjes en schoon vriendelijke mensen en om de hoek twee prima restaurants Vlees en Pizzeria Al met al een fijn verblijf

Decent for a 4 star hotel but very far from touristy place if using public transport. No veg breakfast options. Hot water issue through out the hotel not suitable after a trying day. Staff is really good, sweet, helpful and condition of property is also pretty good.

Con's: Despite modern looking room online, room had lots of wear and tear and not very clean especially the bathroom. Walls were very thin. Breakfast was the same every day and very limited, food very stale and no hot food apart from scrambled eggs (after 2 days we bought breakfast from the large Spazio Conad store opposite as we could not eat the breakfast anymore). Pro's: Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Getting the 10-15min train in to central Rome every day via Palmiro Togliatti station saved us a lot of money (5min walk away, most trains arrived on time, tickets booked via TrainLine app, be aware station very run down so did not go there at night!). Nice shopping mall opposite the hotel. Disappointed that the hotel fell below the standard expected for a 4* hotel and I would not stay here again. Many thanks to the staff, they were great.

The area in terms of places that were open in the evening, was interesting, but transportation options to getting there were few and inconvenient (45 min by bus to train station). Expedia did not clearly state city centre accessibility was limited. Would have appreciated some clarity about location accessibility, as we did not have a car. Also, we had booked for 2 people, and were expecting at least 1 double bed. It ended up being 2 single beds as no other room was available. No alternative options.

je déconseille fortement, c'est un hôtel qui mérite à peine 2 étoiles. de l'extérieur il parait bien mais à l'intérieur tout est délabré le lobby, les ascenseurs, le couloirs les chambres absolument tout. ils ne font qu'amasser l'argent AUCUN investissement effectué, il est dans un état d'abondant déconcertant. nous avons passé une semaine sur place sans frigidaire car TOUS les frigidaires de l'hôtel étaient à l'arrêt alors qu'il a fait pendant cette semaine plus de 40 degrés à l'extérieur. c'était tout simplement un calvaire. Le petit déjeuner est très limité mais passable. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très pauvre et éloigné de tous les transports publics. Y a aucun intérêt à jeter son argent dans un taudis pareil qui ne témoigne d'aucun respect vis à vis de sa clientèle. il a réussi à gâcher mes vacances en Italie.

I had a significant mechanical problem with the room and they were unable to fix it. Morning staff made promises and evening staff claimed no one told them. They even said we told housekeeping not to get it fixed Otherwise good clean rooms This property is not close to a metro line and is a 15 minute brisk walk to a bus line

Es war nicht sauber und vorallem nicht sicher - viele Mängel im Zimmer die nach Melung nicht behoben wurden. Frühstücksauswahl sehr überschaubar und auch hier Geschirr und Besteck waren sehr dreckig - selbst an den gekochten Eiern war noch Hühnerkot. Personal beim Frühstück sehr unfreundlich insbesondere zu Gästen die nicht us Italien sind ;-( Also nicht zu empfehlen.

La camera era pulita letto comodo e bagno spazioso. Per una notte va bene . Servizio cortesia davvero minimal e asciugamani non proprio di qualità per un 4 stelle . Colazione scarsa sala sporca e disorganizzata mancavano tazzine e bicchieri richiesti più volte e una volta arrivati erano sporche e appiccicose . In mattinata ho ricevuto dei clienti al bar della reception per una breve consegna ; avevo chiesto se fosse possibile e mi hanno autorizzata ma un caffè è stato chiesto 3 volte e portato all’ultimo quando io ed i miei clienti ci eravamo ormai spazientiti e stavamo andando da un altra parte . Non è collegatissimo e raggiungere il tram è una bella camminata . Al rientro Fontana di trevi / Hotel abbiamo speso 20€ di taxi . Ottima scoperta il bar del centro commerciale davanti è ottima scoperta il ristorante della palazzina affianco .

Buona struttura già utilizzata varie volte, questa volta ho preso una camera executive certamente meglio della standard ma come già successo in precedenza con piccoli problemi che lasciano perplessi, questa volta non funzionava il cavo antenna TV che non si é potuto ripristinare. Per il resto tutto ok, personale gentile, pulizia buona, parcheggio esterno gratuito, buona colazione in ampia sala e buon caffè espresso. Suggerirei più attenzione ai problemi esistenti e risolverli con tempismo per mantenere alto il livello della struttura.

O hotel é bem confortável embora fique um tanto distante dos principais pontos turisticos. Tem transporte facil, mas precisa caminhar um pouco. Ponto forte o quarto. Ponto fraco o cafe da manha. Pouquíssimas opcoes.

Purtroppo non sono stato fortunato. Mancava l'asciugamano ospite, shampoo e bagnoschiuma già aperti e quasi finiti, phon non funzionante e per ultimo aria condizionata che non funzionava - riscaldamento con termosifone in bagno caldo e acceso il 30 maggio!

Bad hotel
Far away from the city center. They do not have ironong tables or orons. The breakfast buffet os below bad, and they are usonh Nescafe in Rome. Never staying there again.

Recomendo!!
EXCELENTE: Limpeza, conforto, atendimento. Não tão bons: Café da manhã sem frutas e elevadores congestionados em diversas ocasiões, um pouco afastado dos principais pontos turísticos. Mas não deixa de ter excelente qualidade.
