Room was very dirty when showing up . Pillows are very flat . No water pressure and water did not stay hot . If I didn't just drive 12 hours from Boston Ma I would have left but I am too exhausted to complain. I took photos and willing to send them .good reviews online I have never stayed at a more dirty hotel .

Stayed here twice in last week. Once on way to Boston and once on way back. Stay on way was great. On way back the room did not have hot water. Was aggravating but not the worst thing.

We lost power in the early morning hours. No communication from staff on what was going on. We had ann early start and were not able to shower or see when packing up! A credit of some sort would be appreciated.

I loved this hotel, especially that in the lobby they have a reusable water bottle fill up. The only thing I missed was having a coffee maker in the room

Terrible shower

Everything was great until the shower, which was simply the lowest pressure I have ever seen. I could not adjust the head to anything else stronger. The temperature of the water was not very hot, either. No bathroom fan. Oh well, I eventually got clean ?!?! Other than that, very happy.

Terrible reception attendant. People blaring TVs until 3 am! Room not clean, no hot water for shower. Worst experience ever!!
