✨MAIN HOUSE✨

As you enter this beautiful home, you will be greeted by a long and inviting foyer. At the end of the foyer, there is a sitting area where you can sit down and relax with a book and a cup of tea, engage in riveting conversation, or simply have a place to put your shoes on.

The washer and dryer are located in the first room on the left as you enter the house. There is Tide laundry detergent and Bounce dryer sheets available for your laundry needs. There is also an iron, ironing board, and laundry basket available for you in there.

As you reach the end of the foyer, you will see the living room, kitchen, and dining area.

The living room has a sofa that converts into a queen size bed, and a 55 inch TV with a Netflix account.

The kitchen island seats 3 people and the dining table seats 6.

The kitchen is stocked for your cooking and dining needs. There is also an assortment of teas for your relaxation. The walk-in pantry has cleaning supplies, as well as foil sheets, cling wrap, and sandwich bags.

The backdoor is located next to the dining room area, and leads outside to the patio and backyard. Take a seat on the patio chairs and soak in the serene lake view. Enjoy your breakfast outdoors and stimulate all of your senses- the taste of your favorite food and drink, the smell of fresh air, the sight of the beautiful lake and landscaping, the sensation of the warmth of the sun and coolness of the wind on your skin, and the calming sounds of nature around you. The patio dining table seats 4.

As you make your way back inside to the primary bedroom, you will find a spacious king size bed and a 55 inch TV with a Netflix account. There is also a desk in there for your work-from-home needs, as well as a 6-drawer dresser for your clothing storage needs. The primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, shower, private toilet area, and a large walk-in closet.

The second downstairs bedroom offers a comfy queen size bed and a closet for clothing storage. There is a full bathroom right outside the bedroom door that has everything you will need to feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

As you make your way upstairs, you will find a cozy little loft area that has a futon that can recline into a single bed. There is also a 32 inch TV with a Netflix account in there.

The third bedroom is upstairs and features 2 full size beds and a closet. There is enough space under the beds to store items as well- but please don't forget anything under there. You will have a full bathroom right outside the bedroom door as well.

✨GUEST SUITE✨

You will have the option to enter the guest suite through its own front door, or through the main house. As you enter, there will be hooks for you to hang your keys. It’s an open floor plan, so the living room, dining area, and kitchenette are all in the same room.

The living room has a sofa that converts into a queen size bed, and a 50 inch TV with a Netflix account.

The dining table seats 4 guests.

The washer and dryer are located in a closet next to the dining area.

The kitchenette is stocked for your cooking and dining needs. It also has an assortment of teas for your relaxation.

The pantry is stocked with foil sheets, cling wrap, and sandwich bags for your food storage. It also has some Tide laundry detergent and Bounce dryer sheets available for you if you decide to do some laundry. Iron, ironing board, cleaning supplies, extra towels, and an extra roll of paper towels are also located in the pantry.

The bathroom is in the hallway and has what you will need to feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

The bedroom is down the hall and has a spacious king size bed and a couple of clothing storage options- a 5-drawer chest and a walk-in closet. There is also a desk for your work-from-home needs in there.
