Charming apartment located on the second floor of a historic building without elevator, situated in the heart of Rapallo, exactly above the famous market square.

The entrance opens onto a large living room furnished with sofas, dining table and open kitchen with peninsula equipped with dishwasher, oven and kettle. To the left, a long corridor leads to the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with queen-size bed, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with shower; a second bedroom with queen-size bed, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with bathtub; and a third bedroom with two single beds.
Finally, a half bath with wc and sink completes the layout.

Guests can enjoy amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating for the winter season.

Famous because it was the site of important peace treaties after World War I, the city of Rapallo lies in the western part of the Gulf of Tigullio, and is also known for its seafront promenade and the Shrine of Our Lady of Montallegro.Rapallo's sumptuous defensive castle overlooks the Ligurian sea and is surrounded by small beaches, lined by the fabulous Lungomare Vittorio Veneto. Don't miss the only one of the five remaining gates of the ancient “Walled Village,” the “Porta delle Saline,” which faces the sea and houses the Baroque altar with the Madonna of Montallegro.

The accommodation is 300 m from Rapallo train station and a 40-minute drive from Genoa airport.

Wunderbare Wohnung mit allem Komfort. Vor allem eine leistungsstarke Klimaanlage. Zentral gelegen, wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof/Parkplatz (öffentlich, 30 Euro am Tag, Supercharger). Tolle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars ... Mitten in der Fußgängerzone und trotzdem recht ruhig.
