Great little find. The construction across and around make the surroundings a bit messy but don’t let that stop you from staying. Hotel staff is tops I found the very nice, accommodating and welcoming. Don’t miss the little patisserie next door I believe it’s associate with the restaurant Boulay that is attached to the hotel. The restaurant Boulay was excellent service and food.

In the heart of the city, close and convenient to anything! Rooms were clean, staff was helpful. Would stay there again.

Lovely hotel. Lobby is modern and bright. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was great for three of us. Modern, bright, comfortable and clean.

Room was on a very busy street and could hear loud bar below and anyone walking by being loud, Sat thru Wed. Everything else about the hotel (clean, modern, helpful staff) was great, especially the location. No room in valet but parking was easy just down the street.

The hotel was close to dining options and shopping. A downside to the property was the distant, hidden elevator, which was not easily accessible, and the steep staircase to the check in counter. Patrons have to carry their luggages up 26 steps!!

Great stay in Old Quebec. Close to lots of good restaurants and shopping. Staff were very friendly. Nice pool area and decent gym.

The staff were helpful and friendly. If you have a big truck check to make sure it will fit in the hotel's underground parking. If not, there is plenty of street parking, at least when we went (2nd week of March). The hotel is very close to all the restaurants, amenities, and attractions in Old Québec. The gym was small but everything worked and was not packed in the mornings. The sauna was clean and so too was the pool which was fine for kids.

Very clean hotel, in a safe area, walking distance to all the attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, clean pool and sauna, enjoyed relaxing there at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Vraiment frustrant de ne pas pouvoir acheter 1 seule banane au déjeuner buffet pour l apporter à notre chambre. pour une personne qui mange très peu au petit déjeuner On m a dit que pour acheter une banane, je dois payer le plein prix du buffet soit $26 , je n irai plus à cet endroit Cannot buy 1 single banana to bring to my room , if i want it i have to pay $26 i will not go back to this place

Loved the hotel…modern and clean. Room was a great size and beds were super comfortable. Great dining option in restaurant downstairs. Perfect location for walking around Old Quebec.
