Villa Sublime captures the essence of Island-style at its finest. Situated on the south-shore of Providenciales in Silly Creek, it takes full advantage of the elevation overlooking enchanting views of Silly Creek, the blue crystal waters of the south shore, and magical sunsets over Turtle Rock.
Villa Sublime is a 10 minute drive from Providenciales Airport, downtown Provo, shopping, restaurants and resorts. It occupies 1.5 acres of oceanfront property giving striking ocean views and the Silly Creek as a backdrop on its northern side.

The 4,000+ square foot interior includes 3 spacious double bedrooms each with their own private bathroom plus a guest bathroom accommodates 6 adults in comfort, a separate den/study convertible to a fourth bedroom with 2 full size twin sleepers, an open design living area and well equipped modern kitchen and dining area. From the covered ocean-side terrace bordering a large 32’x21’ swimming pool, a stone pathway winds between a beautiful blend of exotic and indigenous plants to a uniquely arched grotto leading into the ocean. Swimming is beautiful in the clear and calm waters – a perfect beginning to the day.

Bliss!!

This villa was wonderful! The neighborhood is very private and is guarded by security at night. There is a restaurant at the end of the neighborhood that is wonderful (Las Brisas). The property itself was so beautiful and tranquil. Taylor Bay Beach is right up the road and is stunning. Just book it!

Peaceful Retreat!

Our family of 6 just got back from our stay at Villa Sublime and we loved the property. Rhondda met us at the property upon arrival to show us the ins and outs of the villa. Very quiet area, beautiful view, the pool and grotto were amazing! Would definitely recommend this property!

Lovely stay at Villa Sublime

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully appointed home. Truly special location with a grotto and gazebo on the water. We cooked extensively in the clean, modern kitchen. Had an issue with the grill on a Sunday and had a replacement within 2 hours- incredibly responsive property manager @ Rhondda. Additionally, Rhondda had a welcome basket of food and bar provisions awaiting upon our arrival. She also went above and beyond in bringing balloons for my twins, as she knew they were celebrating their 20th birthdays. Would return in a heartbeat- wonderful family vacation!!!

Misleading Reviews

Overall this stay was not a pleasant one. This house currently has a rat infestation with 2 rats that were captured during our stay, and many traps rat feces throughout the house. Loud noises in the middle of the night with the rats thrashing in cupboards, blood in the kitchen with feces. Would strongly encourage you to consider somewhere else. The stove doesn't stay closed, the fridge won't cool and this is far from a luxurious house. I was incredibly disappointed by the service, the inside of the house, and the overall rodent issues. Setting expectations with guests is important, and I would strongly encourage you to try to find another place.

Great Retirement Vacation

3 couples that are friends and retiring had a wonderful time at Sublime . The place is beautiful! Close to Sapodilla Beach. We relaxed by and in the pool. Shopped, took walks and enjoyed the island. We would recommend to anyone. Thanks Rhondda for everything.

Great Escape

Villa Sublime was a wonderful escape from our busy lives. We were able to enjoy the views, water and location. We appreciated that we could drive to the more touristy locations, but were not in the center of it. It was a lovely vacation!

Beautiful, quiet location but close enough to everything you need. Help and support from Rhodda and her team is great. Pool and lounger area very nice and spacious. Kayaking and Paddle Boarding to the local beach is easy. All in all a great place and environment to relax and enjoy everything on offer from the TCI. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Vacation

I brought my teenage children and their friends to stay at Villa Sublime over April break. We enjoyed the beautiful home, pool and ocean access. It was spotlessly clean and very private. You must rent a car to be able to access all that the island has to offer from this location, but it was all that we were looking for and more. I look forward to coming back in the future!!

Great Stay

My family and I (6 people) had an awesome experience starting at Villa Sublime! Amazing house with an incredible pool and ocean grotto access. Loved the kayaks and amenities that came with the house. Would absolutely stay here again. Louise was very responsive and gave great recommendations for things and places to do and go on the island. Rhondda was an amazing host, provided a nice care package when we arrived and gave us even more great recommendations for places to go on the island.

Wonderful and exactly as listed

It's hard to look at the exquisite pictures and believe they can be true. But the villa was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It is a wonderful private location with fantastic views and abundant space for our family. This was our second trip to Turks and while this location was more remote, this was fully described and made for a very tranquil and enjoyable stay. We were met on arrival by the local agent (Rhondda) who showed us the property and left a range of supplies in the kitchen to ease us into the first day. Be warned that getting to the tourist hotspots is a bit of a drive, but getting around was easy, and there are options close to the villa for dining, beaches and water activities. Very enjoyable stay. We hope to be back!

Wonderful home in a gated community with direct access to the ocean

Great home in a private setting. Lovely pool, access to the ocean through the grotto is the best. Separate ocean front Cabana for sunrise or sunset enjoyment. Racing Wi-Fi and private office or extra two beds. Each room has own bathroom and an extra main living wc. The living room couches are so comfortable after a day of sun and a huge TV & Netflix. Bedrooms have very comfy beds with quality linens. The kitchen is well stocked and welcome package over the top. It feels like a home we will be back! Location, comfort and WiFi with an office and view .. hosts were super responsive. ♥️👍

Truly Sublime Stay

Exceptional stay at the Villa. The property is superbly located in a quiet area, right on the water. Photos accurately depict the property and it is well hosted. House is setup very well and kitchen is well equipped. Pool and view are amazing. Waterfront gazebo and the arch entry to the water are functional and beautiful features. We spent the week paddling on the water, visiting nearby beaches, and enjoying the pool. Location is NOT close to everything in Grace Bay which is exactly what we were looking for. If you want a quieter stay away from the crowds, this is place for you. We loved it and really enjoyed the house.

Incredible!

This is a great house and the pictures match the reality! Louise was a dream to work with and as a frequent traveler and a common user of HomeAway, we loved our entire experience. The house is about 18 minutes from Grace Bay Beach and the hub of the shopping and restaurants, but for my family, we loved how remote and unique the area felt away from the all inclusive's and resorts. The pool is perfect and we used it everyday. The kitchen was great and had enough equipment for me to cook full meals several times throughout our stay. I would highly recommend renting this house and visiting Turks and Caicos.

Beautiful home

Check in process is lacking - never saw or met property manager - she was very slow when she did respond. Home is beautiful , grounds are tropical and clean - some things could use updating in the home . Did not like the rationed air cooling - couldn’t get a clear answer on our usage - home owner was quick to respond and kind. This property mansger was not ! It’s extremely hot even with air on; power was out over 2 hours one night / no response , one tiny camping type light for entire large home. Lots of equipment to use for activities but several were not usable and need repair . Also, bugs were a huge issue inside home. It sounds bad, however, I would recommend this home if these things were remedied. The location is quiet and secluded from the town and GraceBay.

Beautiful property, amazing view, excellent service

We rented Villa Sublime for a special week-long family birthday celebration, and were absolutely thrilled with our experience! The house had just been renovated, so almost everything was brand new and sparkling clean, with luxurious beds/linens/towels and top notch appliances, BBQ, Sonos speakers, and kayaks. AC and ceiling fans worked great, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the pool lounge furniture was sturdy and comfortable. In addition, the owner and management company were both wonderfully responsive and helpful - anything that we needed was solved within hours. Above all, THE VIEWS!! Pictures really do not do it justice - waking up to that sea and sky every morning was glorious, and the fact that we could just stroll down the walkway to the private grotto and hop right into the water was such a fabulous perk! We can't recommend Villa Sublime enough and would happily come back anytime!

Loved it so much we booked again before we left.

Just 12 minutes from the airport and close enough to town but far enough to have ZERO tourist traffic. 10 minutes from the grocery. House is very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Grill on the pool deck was great. The view is amazing. No boats or tourist excursions. The grotto to the ocean is feather in this houses cap. Low tide is perfect for chilling in the ocean. Chest deep water with very little wave action makes it great to just go down and chill. We took goggles and just skimmed the surface looking for sea life. Silky sand bottom was perfect. Communication with the home owner as well as the property manager was flawless. It was my wife’s birthday so they had a beautiful flower arrangement waiting when we arrived.

Poorly Managed

My husband and I booked this home for the two of us, for a six night much needed get away. This being our first time to the island, and not knowing the good locations from the bad, we went for it. It's defiantly a ways into town, but that did not bother us. The home overall was great. We unfortunately were without power for 3 days while visiting, but understanding that is part of island life. Rhondda, the "property manager" was there waiting for us at check-in. That process was exhausting after traveling all day. Alarm codes, dos and don'ts, A/C usage information and excessive usage charges. Then came check out, land from traveling all day, and have an email from the home owner stating "the housekeeper has brought to her attention that the ceramic cook top had been damaged." And went on to ask why I did not report this damage sooner! The cook top was never used during our stay and WITHOUT having all the facts, decides to BLAME us for the damage. Very unprofessional!!!! I immediately call the property manager to discuss the issue and she said it was the knobs to the stove, not the cook top. My husband called her back to request pictures and she told him she did not have time to discuss the issue because she was working... This is were the confusion comes in! I thought she was the property manager?? THAT'S HER JOB!?! Then the home owner states that her son is now on his way over to take a look. Not to mention the day before we were set to check out, someone had been in and out of the home while my husband were away. We asked the property manager about it and she acknowledged that she had forgotten when we were scheduled to check out... Very unorganized! So the cleaning crew had been there again. So, now at this point during our stay, there had been multiple people in and out of that home. BUT, the accusations of damage to a cook top that was never even used in our stay, was still thrown to my husband and I. In the end, Louise (the home owner) stated something had been sprayed on the knobs..... Renter beware!! Make sure with this rental, you cross all your T's and dot your I's....And after all this, she still has not apologized for the misunderstanding! Unfortunately, this is the world we live in, all you have to do is accuse someone of something and no proof is needed to back it up.
