Ocean view home is perched on a valley ridge with a big ocean and valley and Prince golf Course views from all the primary rooms in this distinctive home. Ka'iulani is one of the most prestigious areas of Princeville, Kauai. Unit #20 is considered to have the best location because it has a direct ocean view, a direct valley view, and a private back grass area. Located in Queen Emma's Bluffs, this property is extremely quiet. Ka'iulani of Princeville is a private community with three pools, lava rock jacuzzi, and BBQ areas.
This property has a single-family residence feeling and offers two master bedrooms, guest bedroom, bonus room with sleeper sofas, and three and one-half bathrooms. There is a private back yard and patio with a BBQ.
The townhouse has a two-car attached garage. In the garage, we offer guests beach gear and 4 bicycles with helmets. The Princeville Center which has a supermarket and restaurants is within walking distance.

Best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. The house was very clean and the view was breathtaking. Beds were so comfy. We would stay again. Loved the location and everything about the property. Thank you Robert for being such a wonderful host and property manager Nate was amazing too!

We love Kauai and try to return every year. The Ka'iulani neighborhood is no ka oi. This unit is spacious with an excellent view and very near the wonderful community pool. Nearly everything you could want is there however the furnishings and the fact that a few things were broken(but being addressed) fall short of being classified as "Luxury" in our eyes. Some of the items (beach chairs, gas grill, beach umbrella, bicycles) need repair or replacement. We donated a new umbrella to the cause! A little more time and money could easily create that "Luxury" feel that is advertised! Bottom line is, YES, we would return. The space and location are perfect. Being able to walk to the farmer's market every Saturday, Foodland and Lapperts etc. on any other day is a big bonus. Mahalo Robert and Jennifer for welcoming us!
