チェックイン時、entranceの男性スタッフサービスはは最高でした！！ チェックイン時、お部屋をgrade upして頂きありがとうございました。しかし、窓からの眺めは工事現場でした。チェックインカウンターの女性は初日を除き不親切でした。ホスピタリティを学んでほしいです。 毎日、ミニチョコレートのサービスは良かったです！ チェックインカウンターの女性はtouristの為に、もう少し役立ってほしいです。 お部屋のデザイン、装飾、雰囲気は最高です。クラシックなエレベーターもおしゃれで感動しました。まるで映画の中の世界です。

気をつけろ！！日本の安ビジネスホテル並の狭い部い部屋もあるぞ！！
服を置くスペースが安ビジネスホテル並。 洗面台も小さく2人で過ごすのは難しい。 5星とは名ばかりのカップルには最適と言う狭いホテル。 朝食を食べる場所は立派だが置いてあるものの味付けは塩辛すぎる。頼んだオムレツは美味しかった。 コスパは良いとは言えない。

内装は格式を感じさせる。ベッド２つの部屋を頼んだら、キングベッドを分割してベッドメイクしてくれた。朝食も充実している。サン・ベント駅からの上り坂は、スーツケースがあると大変。

高級感を味わえるホテル
夫婦で利用しました。 チェックインではポートワインのウェルカムドリンクを頂き、ホテルマンが荷物を部屋まで運んでくれました。ホテルの内装が素晴らしく、手動ドアのエレベーターも歴史を感じさせます。部屋もバスタブはありませんでしたがコーヒーメーカーが付いていて快適。アメニティのシャンプーが気に入ったので１つ持って帰りました。5階だったので、窓からはポルトの街が見渡せました。 朝食ビュッフェの内容は他のポルトガルのホテルとほぼ同じでしたが、日本語が話せるスタッフがにこやかに対応してくれました。 立地もベスト。Livraria Lelloやサン・ベント駅はすぐそこだし、そもそも街がコンパクトなのでドウロ川にも歩いて行けます。

また泊りたいです。
Aliadosから徒歩3分、Trindadeへも10分掛からず、市内観光Spotも徒歩圏内。　サービスも良く、部屋も清潔でバスタブあり。　5つ星なのでそれなりに期待して泊りましたが、期待通りでした。　ポルト訪問の際はまた泊りたいと思います。

It’s quite neat from the center of the city. You can walk all places by walk. The scene from my room was magnificent in the morning, at sunset and night. The room was very clean. The amenities (Claus Porto) was great (after using body moisturizer, I bought many of the brand). The building of the hotel was old but it’s convenient and I love it. The staffs are very kind and helpful. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel when you’re in Porto and I wanna stay there again if I have a chance to go there. This hotel made my trip in Porto very comfortable :-)

ポルトの歴史を感じさせるシックなホテル
歴史的建造物ですが内装は美しくモダンでお洒落、とても素敵なホテルでした。サンベント駅や世界で最も美しい書店、クレリゴス教会等に近く効率良く観光出来ました。スタッフもとても親切で朝食も最高級クラスの美味しさです。ポルトは急坂の多い町なのでドウロ河岸に降りたら帰りはケーブルカー利用でホテルに戻るのが楽です。

ポルトの中心地にある、リノベーションされた歴史のあるホテル
大切な薬を部屋に忘れたのですが、電話とeメールのやり取りの末、リスボンのホテルまで、現地の宅急便で届けて頂きました。感謝、感謝です。その他、色々な局面でスタッフの皆様の対応が素晴らしかったです。リノベーションもほぼ終わり、一部調整中でもありましたが、部屋は明るく、清潔でした。車寄せの所が少し不便でした。

The staff are professional & friendly. The breakfast buffet could be a bit more extensive (a few more fruit choices would have been nice). But this is a very minor quibble. The beds are comfortable. The room was fine if a bit cramped. The property overall is beautiful and you can't beat the location.

Such an amazing stay - I would not stay anywhere else in Porto! The location is A - everything from the bookstore to the churches to the riverwalk are no more than a 10 minute walk away. This really helped us be able to see a BUNCH without feeling rushed with the time we had in this awesome city. The breakfast was delicious and the vibe was unique inside.

This is a beautiful property with great service! The view from our room was gorgeous and the room was clean and had everything we needed! The only small complaint I have is that the walls seemed thin for how nice the hotel is. It could have been just because I was in a corner room and maybe the way the walls connected were just thinner than normal. The people next to us also had young children and it seemed they were sick with a persistent cough so it was particularly hard to ignore. I don’t fault the hotel for this but I just note it in case you are a really light sleeper to maybe ask if it’s possible to be in a room that does not have a next door neighbor.

Wow wow wow! I can't say enough good things about my stay at Hospes Infante Sagres. The staff were extremely welcoming friendly and helpful. The hotel was absolutely beautiful with very convenient walking distances to shopping, the water and to many restaurants. Overall 10/10 stay and would recommend to anyone traveling to Porto.

Lovely hotel. Very convenient for Porto city centre. Staff all very helpful. Our only problem was that they were renovating the third floor and we were in the fourth. There was a heavy solvent smell which became very bad on our last day. It was so noxious that we were worried about safety. There were no spare rooms lower down so we moved out and had a refund for the last night.
