Decent price but not worth it

Nothing like the listing.. potentially years ago but they haven’t maintained it at all. Flies everywhere. You’re basically just getting 2 beds. So if you’re looking for the cheapest place possible this is it.. but if you’re with girls don’t book this. Save yourself

This was a wonderful location in Porto. Close to lots of restaurants, bakeries, groceries, and the Metro. For the most part, the place looks pretty much like the pictures. The rooms are spacious and there is enough space for four people to stay quite comfortably. But the apartment does need a bit of TLC. There were a few minor issues that could easily be fixed with a bit of general maintenance that would make the place worth the money that you are paying. And as we said, it's a nice location, but the windows are quite old and thin, so you can hear all the outside street noise. It might be an issue if you're a light sleeper. That being said, we had a great time in Porto and would still recommend this place if you're visiting the city.

Great location, but some noise

This property was an ideal base for my friend and I to share while we visited Porto. It is a good size, situated on the first floor with 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen dining area and large terrace. It is an older building with beautiful features, however the windows are single glazed and while the road outside isn't busy it is a beautiful old cobbled street so there is a lot of noise from vehicles. Both bedrooms have windows onto the street so earplugs were a must for me. The appartment is well set up but several items were broken including a draw on the wardrobe, a chair, a hook on the wall and the main light in one bedroom. When we mentioned this last point to the agent they were due to get this fixed but it didn't happen during our stay. The appartment felt a little bit tired and worn out due to this. Location is great, easy to get to from the airport on the metro and a 10 minute walk to the main train station and 20 minutes to the river front.

La gran decepción

Hola nos alojamos con mi madre y mi pareja y no nos gustó nada. La ubicación estupenda pero el apartamento tenía mucha suciedad y había grifos rotos, enchufes que no funcionaban, polvo por todos los lados. Me quejé al contacto en Oporto y me dijo que no me podía cambiar de piso y que me quejara a VRBBO quisiera una devolución del importe pagado

Convenient location

Very convenient location. Easy to get just about anywhere on the metro. It’s quiet street off of a busy area. The apartment itself is very bare bones. Some of the cupboards are falling apart. That said the beds are comfortable. Cigarette all over the deck, which wasn’t great for us as we were a family. Otherwise, very nice.

Assez bien dans l'ensemble

Le logement est idéalement placé dans le centre ville et à 3 minutes de la station de métro. Un espace extérieur bienvenu. Attention cependant, prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles car il est assez bruyant la nuit à cause de vieilles fenêtres mal isolées et bonnes à changer. Dans l'ensemble l'appartement aurait besoin d'un peu de rénovation.

Après avoir du faire 30 appels pour rejoindre la responsable de l’appartement. Nous avons été visiter l’appartement. Les lits n’avaient pas de draps. Draps contour sale avec des taches. Cheveux dans les lits. Petit lit simple sans drap. Cheveux dans la douche. Un parasol dehors sans toile. De la moisissure dans les coins de plafond des pièces. Nous avons contacté vrbo et ils sont incapable de nous rembourser. Pire expérience avec vrbo. Je vous déconseille fortement ce logement.

Fantastic apartment

Everything about this apartment was wonderful. The location is in the heart of the city and you can walk anywhere. Having a private deck was very special. The rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable. Maria and Mariana were very responsive to our needs and questions. Would stay here again. Thank you so much ladies.

Die Wohnung ist einem sehr schlechten Zustand und weit entfernt von den Bildern im Netz. Die Wohnung liegt an einer Durchgangsstrasse und ist schlecht isoliert. Somit ist es sehr laut. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
