Great hotel, highly recommend.

I wanted to love everything about this hotel but that didn't happen. We booked 2 rooms and when checking in the young lady was working diligently on her computer. We thought she was trying to get us rooms that were together. Nope, we were on the same floor but not close at all. We arrived to our rooms and things were very clean and well maintained but the design is not one I care for. The sink, shower and water closet are basically open to the sleeping area. There is a partition but I prefer an enclosed space for a bathroom. The bed frames and mattresses did not fit together very well, there was gaping at the bottom of the bed. The key cards we were issued gave an error code almost everytime we drove in or out of the parking lot. One of the nights my Aunt changed the temp on the thermostat and when the air came on, it put out a bad smell into the room and she had to turn it off. On the positive side, the mattresses were comfortable, the whole place was clean, the staff was polite and there is on site parking. It was also in a central location for all the things we had planned. A bonus was the view of the cars on the track from our window.

Top tier customer service! The only place I stay when visiting ATL. I really don’t even want to write this review bc I’m scared they won’t have availability when I book again bc it’s such a gem!
