Nice place. Quiet. Close to old town Scottsdale.

Great location. Fun and comfortable pool side relaxation. Owner and management company were easy to communicate with and very accomodating. Most everything you need for comfortable living was in the condo.What kept me from a 5 star review: There are a few things that need repair including the kitchen sink hardware, a towel rack and the toilet paper holder. Would have been nice to have a blender/smoothie maker

Safe apartment area. Great location! Apartment was not great. Broken screen door opens to very small balcony. Mixed matched old cheap furniture. Horrible pull out couch. Don’t plan on using that! Broken kitchen faucet. Dirty very old carpet. With all that said, you get what you pay for and this place was good price for Scottsdale
