This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is situated within the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea. Your stay at Paget 203 will be a beach vacation you will never forget! Step into this beach rental to find all the comforts and conveniences of home. Enjoy your favorite home-cooked meals from the unit's full kitchen, equipped with major appliances and cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the kitchen bar, in the dining room area, or from your private balcony. Guests will enjoy lounging in the living room area, which features large furnishings, flatscreen television, and complimentary wireless Internet. This unit also features a washer & dryer to handle any laundry needs during your beach vacation. Unit is accessible by elevator and parking is located under the building on the ground floor. 

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 6 guests and include:
-Master Bedroom: 1 King bed and attached bath with duel vanity and separate shower and large tub.

Great Family Getaway

We loved everything about this place. Location, Ocean view, Cleanliness, and amenities. We had a little bit of difficulty getting checked in, but everyone was very helpful.

Great location and price

We loved the condo! The location is great for beach access and really close to all amenities. We had some issues with the master TV and outlets in the kitchen but overall everything was easy to figure out. Check in process was a little slow but check out was very easy compared to other places we’ve stayed. Overall great place!

Litchfield Resort

Property is great location to beach. We’ve been going to Litchfield for years. Unit is nice but, understanding its rental, Living Room Furniture could definitely stand a refresh.
