フレンドリーなスタッフで心地良く滞在出来ました。セカンドロード側にマッサージ店、道を渡ればセブンがありナイトバザールやツリータウンも近く便利な立地です。７泊したのですが、朝食もシンプルながら飽きなかったです。北側の部屋だったので、バルコニーから海が見えて快適でした。

We are so disappointed at thr quality of this hotel. Since Expedia's rating and evaluation were so high with their fancy photographs of the rooms and facilities, we completely trusted their quality worth while their prices. But the reality is that all employees of this hotel are lack of professionalism and it's room looks so strange. -The closet is located in a bath room. -The partition between the bath room and the room is sliding wall. The moisture of the bath room is easily entering the room as there is no glass wall to prevent the humidity from the bath room. We paid $100/ night. This quality of hotel should be at most $30/night.

お風呂もトイレも清潔で水の出もよく、静かな環境で近くにいろんな施設もあり便利でした。ホテルの朝食も美味しく個人で昼食、夕食も高くなく食べやすく美味しかったです。機会があれば又利用したいと思ってます。スタッフの皆様有難う御座いました。

老朽化が目立ちます

広いバスタブとバスタブから見える景色が好きで以前から使わせて貰ったいたのですが、今回は、シャワーの温度も低く、水圧も弱く、バスタブに浸かる事が出来ませんでした。朝食の品数も減っていて、他のホテルに比べてコスパは悪いです。

凄くいいホテルだった建物は少し古いが綺麗に清掃が行き届いており、部屋の内装もおしゃれで綺麗、必要充分な広さだった、スタッフの接客が凄く良かったのが印象的だった、アクセスはセンタンのすぐ近くでどこへいくにも便利な場所にあるパタヤの定宿にしたい素晴らしいホテル

It was comfortable

It is very near after getting off at the second road. I come here Pattaya often, but it was very quiet due to the influence of Corona. The air conditioner didn’t work well, but the staff fixed it while I was out. I choose breakfast from 3 kinds of sets, but if it was not under the Corona, it might have been different menu. The porridge was delicious. It is a short walk to the beach road and there is a laundry nearby.

何度も利用しているホテルです。立地が良く、パタヤのどこへ行くにも便利です。スタッフもこちらの顔を覚えている方が多く、親切にしてくれます。こちらの要望にも素早く対応してくれます。難点を言えば、部屋によって排水に難があったり、浴室のドアがないことで洗面所の床が水浸しになることが多い。この点を除けば言うことはありません。次回、パタヤに滞在する時もこのホテルを利用すると思います。

1人旅で遊ぶエリアに近く移動がしやすかった。壁が薄いようで隣のテレビの音や廊下の音がよく聞こえていたのが不満なところでした。あとは概ね可もなく不可もなくという感じでした。

いいホテルですよ

デラックスルームを利用しました。人気のホテルなので便利さ、快適度、スタッフの対応と全く問題がありません。シャワーの勢いもよく（むしろ良すぎて、部屋との仕切りを締める、シャワーヘッドの方向などを気を付けていないとベッドまで濡れます）、バスタブに暖かいお湯を短時間で貯めることができました。部屋の掃除は若干遅いかなと感じましたが、マイナス評価をするほどではありません。 PM6時までのレイトチェックアウトをお願いしたところ2400THBなのでちょっと高かったかな。でもいいホテルですので、空いていれば選択肢のトップですが、日本の連休時期だとなかなか空いてないんですよね。

セーフティーボックスに入れてたお金を盗まれました！しかも友達も！ 2万円ずつぐらい！支配人呼んでも対応悪い！ 3回目の利用で遂にこういう事が起きました！金庫は簡単に開けられるようです。皆さま絶対に泊まらない方が良いです！

今回は残念

今年2回目５泊６日しました。夕方快晴なのにこのホテルだけ停電になりました。エレベーターもエアコンも勿論使えません真っ暗なのでシャワーも浴びれませんでした。ホテルから説明も謝罪も有りませんでした。テレビですがあれだけチャンネルがあるのに日本の番組は有りません。スタッフは良い感じです。

気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備

全体的に古さを感じる、特に水回りがそう思った。 8階建てなので、上層階だらか静かという事はなく、近場での音が聞こえるが、気になる程ではなかった。パタヤを動きまわるのには良い場所といえます。気になったのは、アメニティの充実が4つ星ではない。歯ブラシはあるものの、全くレベルが低くて使えない程。行かれる方は、持参、又はコンビニでの購入がオススメです。アメニティの補充は、ほとんど期待しない方が良いです。トイレットペーパーの補充さえありませんでした。連絡してようやく持って来てもらえます。プールのは空いいて、利用しやすいです。朝食は、付けて良いか迷います。朝食付きの価格は、安いのでしたら付けて、料金が高いと思う場合は、付けない方が賢明です。普通以下と判断しました。良いホテルが多いので、次回は無いかも？泊まるだけと割切るならオススメかな？コスパは、並みの感想です。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

室内が改装されていて、以前に比べよくなっていた。ただし、浴槽は改装できていなく、以前のままでした。今回だけ、歯ブラシ等、毎日の交換がなく、要求しなくてはならなかった。ボデーソープを押すと戻らず、使用に不便を感じた。朝食は、現地で250バーツと表記されていた。内容は、標準かな。立地は、どこへもアクセスできるので便利。目の前にバービアあるが音も静かだと思う。

シャワーに関して既にレビューで指摘されていた点があったので気をつけた。エアコンの音が気になった程度で後は概ね満足。立地も良くまた利用したい。
