今回で2回目の滞在でしたが、部屋も広く綺麗でプールもあり、朝食も美味しく良いホテルだと思います。またパトンに行く際はリピすると思います。今回はプールビューではなく、シティービューを選びましたが、シティー側の前には夜遅くまでやってるバービアエリアがありますので、静かに過ごしたい方はプールビューを選んだ方が良いと思います。

8日間宿泊しましたが、残念ながら、2日続けて同じシーツでした・・・。その上バスタオルも2度置いてありませんでした。それ以外はとてもすごしやすかったです。また、泊まるか言うと少し考えてしまいますが、回りにはコンビにマッサージとうありますので便利です。

ホテルやプールはとてもきれいで、ゆったりと過ごせました。ラウンジも広く、きれいでした。朝食も、おいしくいただけました。たくさんの種類があり、毎朝満足しました。帰国日の飛行機が遅かったので、チェックアウト後にプールやジムを利用する事もできました。とても満足したのですが、最後にシャワーをジムで浴びれて、ドライヤーも貸してもらえるとのことでしたが、ありませんでした。スタッフに確認すると、間違いですとのことで、髪が濡れたまま空港に向かいました…それ以外は本当に最高でした！！

ジャングセイロンまで少し距離がありますが、年配者でもない限り歩ける距離です。屋台街のマリン・プラザ・パトンが近いので、ローカル食でも比較的清潔で楽しめます。滞在型のホテルではなく、活動的に遊ぶ人向けです。

おそらく、日本人には合いません

最初のお部屋は5階で、ソファ、クッション、ビーチサンダルもあり、眺望もよく良いお部屋にしてもらえてうれしかったです。が、エアコンが壊れており直らないとのことで、ワンフロアダウンでのルームチェンジを、と言われたのでOKしたらツーフロアダウン、部屋も長い事使ってなかったようでカビ臭くてその日は寝れませんでした。納得行かず、翌日に再度ルームチェンジをお願いしましたが空きはないとの事。気を取り直してその部屋で過ごそうと思いましたが、その後も電話が壊れてたり、シャワーブースの排水が悪く水が溢れたりとトラブル続きでした。部屋の掃除もおざなりで、ある虫がベランダに死んでましたがチェックアウトまで掃除されることはなかったです。また朝食のレストランはノーチェック、席に案内される事もなく空きを探し回らなくてはならない、スタッフに何か聞いても適当な答えだけ。こちらのホテルのスタッフは誰も挨拶すらしてきません。期待しすぎたのかもしれませんが、リゾートに快適さを求める方にはこちらのホテルはお勧めしません。

朝食が美味しかった。中心部より少し離れていますが、不便は感じません。コンビニすぐ横。

私の部屋は横に壁があり、景観は全くなし。でも、昼間は外出。夜も外食。帰ってからはカーテンを閉めるので、気になりませんでした。プールではたくさんの方が遊んでいましたが、プールに入る時間がなかったので、コメントなし。パトンビーチは透明度が低いので、プールのほうがいいかもしれません。スタッフは皆さん感じいいです。日本人スタッフがおられました。

吹き抜けの感じが良かったです！

ホテルの全体から解放感を得ました。建物を吹き抜ける風もとても気持ちよく良いホテルでした。 Wi-Fiもつながりやすかったです。パトンビーチ、カロンビーチ、トリトランビーチ全てに行きやすい場所です！ただ、朝食は三食とりましたがわたしたちにはあまりあいませんでした。

プールがとてもいい

ホテルスタッフの対応もよくチェックインの時はウェルカムドリンクがありました。プールは綺麗で快適に入れました。ホテル自体はそれなりに清潔なのですが部屋のソファーの陰など清掃がいきとどいて無いように思われます。

快適に過ごせます

繁華街や中心部、パトンビーチまでは徒歩で約15分と若干遠いが、そのぶん静かで快適に過ごせます。新しいホテルなので、客室も施設も清潔で快適に過ごせます。プールも広くてのんびりできます。客室を選ぶならプールビュー以上がお勧め。客室は広くて清潔。バスタブとシャワーブースが別なのも良いです。アメニティーも充実。朝食は種類も多く、このクラスのホテルではいい方です。総評としては、４星クラスにしては合格点です。料金も高くないですね。私はレンタカーを借りていましたので、駐車場も広いし移動手段をお持ちの方には特にお勧めできます。

良かった点 : スタッフとサービス

コンビニがすぐ近くにあり、何かと便利。大きなショッピングモールまでも歩ける距離。city viewの部屋でしたが、逆側のプール側の方がリゾート感が味わえると思う。毎日一人あたり500mlの水がもらえます。ただ、ガラス瓶なので外に持ち出しは重そう。いたって中級ホテルな印象。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、客室の快適度

部屋は清潔感があり広さも程よい感じでした。シャワーとバスタブが別々になっており目的に応じた利用ができます。室内には履物などがなかったのでサンダルやスリッパなどがあるとよいと思います。フロントには日本人スタッフが居るようです。シャンクセイロンまでは歩くと距離があります。近くにマリンプラザという屋台があり、食事など安価で食べれます。

部屋の掃除が雑でティシュがベットの間に落ちたま放置されていた。また、ベットメーキイングに来る時間が遅すぎる。

気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備

良いような悪いような。

部屋の掃除が微妙でした。明らかにシーツは同じで整えただけだったりなくなったティッシュも補充されずなぜかバスタオルは毎回一枚しか置いてありませんでした。総合的にはいいですが、その掃除の仕方が気になります。あと日本語の通じるスタッフはいません。チェックアウトの時にフロントともめました。

ローケーション最高！

ビーチまでも徒歩10分以内であること。屋台村のマリンプラザまでも5分程とローケーション最高。ホテル内にもバー付きのプールやトレーニングジムもあり飽きることが無い。

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

レセプションの女性の態度がすごく悪い

眉毛がシュッとした、女性の態度がすごく悪くて、チェックイン時から嫌な気持ちにされました。私たちの持っているカードが全部使えないので、デポジットがきれない、明日までに3600バーツ用意しろと言われました。結局、彼女のミスで使えなかっただけで、他の男性がやったところ、問題なく使えました。そのことに対する謝罪は、一切ありませんでした。レセプションは、彼女の他にもう一人、タイ人風の人がいるので、その人にお願いした方がいい。帰りも、チェックアウトするときに、感じの悪い彼女しか、空いてなかったので、仕方なくお願いしたが、仕事が遅くて、だいぶ待たされた。彼女を受付に置くべきじゃない。隣接しているレストランは、料理は素人並みに不味いので、他で食べた方がいい。

雨季でものんびり楽しめる快適なリゾートホテル

雨季だったのでビーチに行っても波が高かったり雨ばっかりで全然入れなかったのですが、ホテルのプールサイドでのんびりするだけでも充実してました。ワンランク上の部屋にグレードアップしてくれましたし、英語があまり上手ではない私たちにとても親切にしてくださりました。そして朝食のビュッフェは程よくタイ料理も楽しめて、バリエーションも豊富で満足でした。パトンのメインストリートまでも歩いて行ける距離で、カロンビーチまでもトゥクトゥクで行けて立地も最高だと思います！是非また利用したいです！

バカンスにピッタリなホテル

繁華街に近く、静かで、プールが広いため、リゾート感も味わえます。バスタブと独立シャワーのある部屋に泊まったのですが、湯量が豊富なので、両方使ってもへこたれなかった。プールサイドで気軽にバスタオルを借りることができるのもよかったです。滞在客は欧米系が中心でした。また泊まりたいホテルです。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、客室の快適度

快適に滞在。

プールも快適、朝ごはんも種類が豊富でよい気持ちで滞在することができました。あと、帰りが深夜発のため最終日に部屋を交換依頼したところ、替えてもらえ良かった(隣部屋が夜通しパーティー状態)。また、各種ツアーやフライトのバウチャーもフロントで快く印刷してもらえ、サービスは良いと思う。ただ値段も安いからか、部屋の壁も薄く夜通し騒ぐ客層の隣になるリスクも(確率は極小だか隣部屋になるかの運次第。それでも客室数も多いため、何なく交換には応じてくれると思うので過度にネガティブにならなくてもいいと思います。) 周辺環境は、一通りなんでも揃い、滞在に不便を感じることはない。

リゾート感たっぷりのプールのあるホテル。

ショッピングにも食事にも便利な立地。ビーチへも、散歩がてらちょうどいい距離でした。ホテルの近くのランドリーも㌔５０バーツで利用でき、便利でおすすめ。

良かった点 : スタッフとサービス

ビーチにも街中にも近いリーズナブルなホテル

娘と３泊しました。天気は良かったものの、風の強い日の宿泊となり、バルコニー側の窓と廊下側の扉がバタバタと音を立てて少し気になりました。それだけ風通しが良いお部屋だということですね。全室ホテル中央のプールに面したロの字型の建物で、一番上の階に泊まりました。６階建てのため、中央のプールに日があたる時間が少しだけ短い気がしましたが、そのせいか、プールの水が冷たく感じました。

部屋で寛ぐタイプのホテルではありません。

そこそこ便利なロケーションだし、水はけは悪いけど部屋も広いので、昼間は外に出かける方には良いかと思います。お値段が手頃なので。
