The rooms are extremely small. Only one person ,bed small. Bath room mobility issues, takes a big step to get in and out dryer takes for ever to dry, no change machine in laundry room. Tv channels only in japanese,no english news or any movies.no suana or roof top view. Expensive. Not a good value

Great location within 5 minutes walk from Osaka Station. There are numerous dining and shopping choices within walking distance and the area felt very safe day and night - but always vibrant. The room itself was clean and functional, the staff were courteous, and there's a cafe conveniently located in front of the hotel with easy access from the lobby. The coin laundry was another bonus, located on 2F. Lastly but importantly, I was able to ship my luggage to my next destination using Yamato Transport right from the front desk - super convenient! I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location that is close to the major train station with spacious and fast elevators. Good sized room with comfortable bed. Bathroom was a tad small but clean. Height of tub was a little high which makes it challenging to get in and out for those who are short/petite.

Right next to the Umeda station which has JR trains and shopping malls with everything you need. Nearby are also convenient stores, starbucks, everything. My room was very cozy and clean and the cleaning staff were wonderful.

Moderate priced option about 10min walk from Osaka station. Clean and new with all the usual amenities. There’s 5 laundry machines but were all fully occupied the evening we stayed. Helpful staff

I guess per hotel policy, 1 bottle of water per room per guest per night. Since we didn't request clean-up service, we have to go down to pick-up the water, they wouldn't bring it to you. We stayed there for 6 days, some days we didn't pick-up the water, and have to ask/tell them we didn't pick-up the water the day before, and they need to check in order to give you the water. Hallway was dark and sometimes I do smell smokes. Breakfast selection was soso. Location is convenience thou.

Convenient location, surrounded by different shopping malls, nearby drug stores and family mart. There is an amenities bar at the lobby but i find it not too eco-friendly. There is only two cotton pads and two cotton swab in each bag, I am staying 6 nights, with 2 ppl, feels like created a lot of waste. I had to change room after the first night due to bed bugs/ mosquitoes bit..

We came across this hidden gem literally located in central Osaka adjacent to Osaka City Station. The value proposition is hard to dismiss. We stayed 3 nights not expecting much. Our room was located on the 8th floor (which is the top floor) which provided extra sound proofing from the street below. the room was fairly clean but can see some ear and tear on the furnitures and carpet. But we ‘d like the fact the toilet was separated (had own pocket door) enabling other family members to use the sink while occupied. Additionally, the staff were extra friendly and prompt for most room service and house keeping requests. There is a Italian buffet available for breakfast and lunch. Also there is a coffee shop that serves hot sandwiches and burgers on first floor. 7-Eleven is located outside down a short alley way behind the hotel (about 2min walk). Across is also the Osaka front mall which has endless food court options along with another 7-Eleven and even a drugstore. Overall, great value and location.
