In a quiet part of town at night. 15 min walk to the nearest subway station. Comfortable beds and cold air conditioning . Nice sizeable rooms. Easy check in and check out.

Only thing about this hotel is that its location is a quite a long from train stations. Everything else was very good especially for its affordable price.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel and room was nice, however the floor was dirty, and there weren’t many places to walk to around it.

Staff was great. The rooms were amazing and clean. Had a lot of amenities in the room. Places to eat was a little further away, but still a nice walk in a nice neighborhood.

Very nice hotel and very good staff Price rate good. 8 minutes walk distance to subway train good ! Pls be reminded not a central point for eat and shop ! But place so quiet!

오사카 지역을 잘 아시는 분은 강추합니다 지하철역과 거리가 좀 있어 아이들과 외출 후 숙소 올때 택시를 이용하여 불편하였지만 길이 익숙해지니 주택가로 조용하고 로컬 마켓도 가까워서 아이들 간식 간단한 간편식 과일 사기 좋았어요. 마켓크기는 큰 gs프레쉬정도 주택가라 조용하여 가족 숙소로 좋아요 숙소에서는 한국어 가능하신 직원 분이 계셔서 불편함 없고 객실 내부 깨끗하고 침구류 또한 최고 입니다 여행 감사했습니다

좋은 가족여행이였어요.
5인 가족 편하고 쾌적하게 지내다 왔어요. 샤워실도 깨끗했고 전자레인지, 커피포트가 있어 간단한 음식도 먹을 수 있었어요. 한국말이 가능한 직원이 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 호텔을 중심으로 지하철도 있고 JR라인도 있어서 있어서 이동하기 좋았어요. 걸어서 JR라인이 있어서 유니버셜스튜디오를 JR타고 25분만에 갈 수 있었어요. 호텔 주변이 조용한 주택가라 시끄럽지 않아서 좋아요. 지하철 내려 숙소가는길에 패밀리마트, 라이프 마트가 있어 편리하고 숙소 근처에도 대형 드럭스토어가 있어서 좋았어요.

깨끗하고 친절한 호텔이었습니다
가족여행으로 오사카를 가게 되었는데요 호텔도 깨끗하고 친절한 안내도 고마웠습니다. 다만 주차가 가능하다고 해서 예약했는데 만차라 주변에 주차를 하게 되어 비용이 추가로 발생하게되서 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

房間大，地點在住宅區，外出很不方便。

感谢您的投稿，本旅馆坐落在大阪富人区，已环境清幽而闻名，外出坐电车5分钟就可以到繁华的日本桥，购物，游玩都很方便。计程车也随叫随到，无论是全球影城还是繁华街都十分方便

無料の貸し自転車があるので駅から少し離れていても大丈夫でしたが、有料でもいいので利用可能時間は、もっと自由に使える方が出張族には有難いかと思いました。毎回、フロントへキー返却は、猛暑の中、けっこう長距離を走り、重い荷物をもっている身にとって、勤務時間のムダですし、駐輪場は、いつも清掃スタッフの自転車があり、奥から貸し自転車を出すのは、また入れるのも一苦労でした。無料だから、それぐらい我慢しろというのでしょうか？　有料でもいいから、気持ちよく使う方がいいのでは？

素敵なおすすめホテル
リピーターさせて頂きましたが、出張でも観光でも長期のテレワーク滞在でも超おすすめの快適ホテルですよ。先ず、お部屋が広々として清潔感謝溢れらお風呂場とお手洗いが別の上、洗面台が広くて水道の蛇口の位置が高いので使い勝手抜群です。衣類乾燥機があり便利ですし、キッチンにはコンロもあり、ちょっとした料理が作れるので、web会議ぜめの今の状況の中、有難い限りです。冷蔵庫も普通のビジネスホテルの2倍はありますし、広めのデスクとしっかりした椅子、ティーテーブルとソファー風の寛ぎ椅子もあり、窓が大きいので風通しがいいのも有難いです。フロントスタッフの方々は、皆さん的確で迅速で感じの良い対応をしてくださり、自転車が無料でお借りできるので、近隣のお店にも仕事の合間にサッと買物できて助かっています。富良野の良質ミルクをつかった可愛い且つ美味しいお店や、無添加のドーナツ屋さんや自然食品店等等素敵なお店や便利なお店もあり、しかも、皆さん、とっても親切で、本当に良い土地柄だと思います（閑静な高級住宅地の中にあります）。 大阪の出張は、空きがある限り、こちらのホテルと決めています。

マンションぽいお風呂はとても綺麗
連泊で利用させて頂きました。お部屋は年末年始でのお値段からすれば十分満足です。まだ新しさもあり綺麗でした。お風呂が１番良かったと思います!　ホテルと言うよりはマンションの一部屋って感じです。 ただ、寒くてエアコンを入れると乾燥して冬場はちょっと…　後、フロントに連絡方法が分からずフロントまで行かないといけないのが少し残念でした お部屋のお掃除も綺麗にしてもらえたので、連泊には向いている様に思います。

Dusty hotel with fleas
During my stay in this hotel, I was bitten by fleas three times. The beddings are dirty and full of dust on every pillow even at the back of pillow! Price are not cheap and staffs are impolite. There was an old man who usually work on night shift very rude to hotel guests, he has prejudice on non-Japanese and never says “welcome” or “thank you” to others! The staffs there showed that they only welcome local people! Tourists from other countries are not welcome! Their check-out time is 10a.m. They need to collect money if you are one minute late!

子供と一緒の宿泊だったのですが、事前に問い合わせた際にベッドをくっつけましょうかと聞いてくださりチェックイン時には希望通りくっつけてくださっていました。 綺麗な部屋で、風呂に暖房があったり証明も微調節出来たりと施設も申し分なかったです。 連泊でタオルの交換だけお願いしたのですが、ドアにかけてくださっており配慮を感じました！ 受付の方々も親切で子供の分までカイロをくださったりと嬉しい気持ちになりました。 駅から少し遠いのだけがネックですが、また泊まりたいです。 レンタルしてくださったフライパンと鍋、助かりました！ コンビニは近くに無いですがドラッグストアが並びにあるのと少し離れていますがライブがあるので便利です。 サービスでお水もいただきました。 良い週末になりました。ありがとうございます。
