This hotel is basic but comfortable. The room was small, and the beds are not soft. But it is conveniently located to the train station (only about a 5 minute walk) as well as restaurants and convenience stores.

Awesome hotel
The hotel was brilliantly located . Just a couple of walks to train station , grocery markets very close so that was very convenient :) the reception staff where nice ( always helped me when I had questions ) If I get to go again to Osaka , I definitely stay there again

Hotel is located not too far from subway station and also in walking distance of JR station too. There are some attraction around hotel area. But lack of convenience store and rrstaurant near hotel.

Nice, friendly and very helpful staff.
Unfortunately it coincided with the arrival of Typhoon Trami but the staff were very helpful in providing information, advice and assistance to the the extreme weather conditions.

Nice location, the staff were nice and friendly. But since our room was on the 10th floor (the top floor of the hotel), it was so hot when we went back to the room every night.

Great location, staff and amenities
We arrived early in pouring rain and the man at the front desk kindly let us check in early. The room is spacious, clean and the beds are perfect. Not shower is super. Wi-Fi strong. Kitchen downstairs was great and we bought our own Kobe steaks and prepared them. Location is close to two subway lines, one 4 minutes away and the other 8 minutes. This was a great place compared to the miserable and Bob we had in Kyoto. We will definitely stay here again.

There are better places for the money.
The hotel was not too bad overall but there were several niggles that would stop me staying here again. The room was not serviced during my stay and a not was there to say it would be done once or twice a week, not the norm in Japan. The toilet, shower and washbasin were all separate, two in small rooms and the washbasin in the bedroom itself, unlike most Japanese hotels toiletries were the minimum, toothbrush, body wash and shampoo, no hand soap at the basin and no comb. The room had no kettle, there was coffee and hot water available in the lobby but I for one do not want to trail downstairs for my early morning coffee.

Friendly counter staff and speaks English. 2 bottle of drinking water on check-in and each subsequent day. The twin room is big for Osaka standard. It comes with a mini fridge. Bathroom & toilet is attached. Computers & free flow of coffee and tea at the lobby. Kitchenette with microwave oven and toaster oven. Very near to Shin-Imamiya Station (JR Osaka Loop line, JR Yamatoji Line – for Nara, Nankai Airport Express or Rapi:t Services); JR Tennoji station (Limited Express Haruka for Kansai Airport). A 3-minute walk away is the Dobutsuen-Mae subway station of the Midosuji and Sakaisuji Lines. The main attraction in this area is Shitennoji Temple (Japan’s oldest Buddhist temple), Tennoji Park, Tennoji Zoo, Osaka Municipal Museum of Fine Art, Tsutenkaku Tower and Spa World. Many restuarant and a Don Quijote discount store within walking distant. Don Quijote carries a wide range of products, from basic groceries to electronics to clothing. In the neighborhood is “Super Tamade Imaike” Osaka’s cheap supermarket chain. 10% cashback on purchases from Family Mart and Miyamoto Munashi Restaurant near the hotel (both open 24 hours). There are many cute stray cats in the neighborhood back alleys which are fed by the residents. The free lockers (Yen 100 deposit) is most convenient as our flight was around mid-night. One minus point, if only they can replace the worn-out sofa at the lobby.

Located near Dobutsuen Mae (Sakaisuji Line-K19) and (Midosuji Line-M22) only 2 mins walk and quiet location. Room was spacious as a single room. If only they can replace the worn-out sofa at lobby... horrible smell!

A good value hotel
It's my third time to stay in this hotel. The price was great deal. The hotel is located near the Subway, JR and Nankai Railway, a greatest reason for me to choose to stay here. And there is also a Don Kihote Mega Store near by, you can always buy things with lower prices.The famous SPA World is also few minutes walk.
The bathroom is small but with full functions.
The room is tidy.
Nice view to Tsu Ten Kazu.

Such a great stay!
I love everything about this hotel, they're all provide us such a great service since we were arrived at the hotel a little late but they were waiting for us. Warmly welcome and super nice. Room size was perfect for couple eventhough the bathroom is quite small but that's the basic when you're in Japan. The place was super close to Family Mart and Miyamoto Munashi Restaurant both are open 24 hrs. So it's very convenient. I have no any complaint just want to let everyone know that I really have a great stay in this hotel and definitely will come to stay here again.

There's an awesome antique yukata shop near by. Please make sure you make a visit. The hotel lobby looks a lot nicer than the room but with this price i can't complain. It was like i expected it to be. Location is good considering it's not far from the station especially from the metro stn.

location is quite convenience, staff is very nice.
the bed sheet is not in pure white, looks grey & dirty. the bed is move easily and mattress have sound, seems not stable but still ok. the floor towel in the toilet have stains not in pure white, looks dirty. anyway, staff is very nice and helpful, room is big enough which is better than other hotel I stay in Japan before. the location is quite good, near the subway / JR station. it's value for the price.

Here you get your own bathroom for a low price. Clean. Very nice staff. Small common kitchen, but works fine. Big common area in lobby. Near subway, and walking distance to Tennoji/Namba area. All in all very good.
