I had really pleasant one week stay in this hotel, and will most definitely stay there again. There's lost of shops, restaurants & convenience stores around for you daily needs, and really close to Mikuni Station wich could take you mostly anywhere. And as everywhere in Japan, the area is super safe. If the rooms are bigger, this hotel would qualify to a 4-star hotel. My advice to foreigners is this area (Shin-Osaka) is very local, and most of this hotel's guest are Japanese travellers, there's not much with any English translation, there's is not one TV channel in English. Nevertheless I'm not there to watch TV and use Google translate camera, so all and all it's a great place to stay. A recommendation to management, an English TV station would be nice, CNN, BBC or even NHK World.

Great for solo travellers
Room size was just right for one person. It was cleaned promptly throughout my stay. Just a few stops away from Umeda station, so it is convenient for travelling while situated in a quiet area. Plenty of shops around if you need anything.

Really Wonderful Stay!
the Staff were really helpful, and the daily cleaning service was wonderful. I really enjoyed my time here, especially the spa!

Usual small room hotel in Japan. Not tub in the room, just shower stall. Quiet residential part of the town, you will have to travel few stops to Osaka.

Comfortable and convenient
I was very impressed with both the polite reception and comfort of my stay. Communication with staff was courteous and included showing me personally directions from the hotel or ironing and bringing my slacks to my room. I will definetly return.

チェックの時フロントには誰もいませんでした。 受付のスタッフさんの態度も冷たかったです。名前は蘭だと思います。 出張の前泊でこのホテルを選んだのですが、ベッドか施設か原因がわからないですが、3時間弱しか寝られず、珍しく寝られなかったです。翌日は地獄でした。

良かった！！
中心街からはんれて、静かで安くてきちんとしていたホテル。大浴場も満足、私は食べませんでしたが朝食が５００円で食べたかった卵かけご飯、おかわり自由！！ スタッフも明るく、丁寧！また泊まりたい。

ホテルライフのクオリティが最高です
いつも利用していますが、サービスが申し分ないです。屋上の露天風呂から見える飛行機はちらっとですが、大きいので迫力があります。また、お風呂は清潔でシャンプーやリンスも好みのものが選べるよう、たくさんの種類があります。そして、お部屋に金庫もあり、セキュリティもしっかりしているし、1階のコーヒーやお部屋の空気清浄機など、快適ライフができます。

夫婦で一泊だけダブルで使わせていただきました。大浴場と駐車場があるという条件で検索して見つけましたが、寝室、浴場とも極めて清潔、スタッフの対応も申し分なく大満足でした。 フロントにはコーヒーサービスとデトックスウォーターがあったのがとても良いと思いました。 チェックイン時に朝食券の確認をしていなくて、朝食時にお手数をお掛けしましたが、気持ちよくご対応いただき美味しい食事をいただくことができました。 提携の指定駐車場が満車ですぐに使うことが出来ませんでしたが、少し待ったら利用できました。時間に余裕のない方には注意が必要ですが、急ぐ旅ではなかったので問題ありませんでした。 快適に過ごすことが出来ました。お世話になりました。
