Compared to the 2 other places we stayed in Japan, this was the biggest, size wise. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundryroom attached to a shower room, a kitchen attached to a living room area with a small balcony, and a traditional style sitting room. I may highly consider making this home base for the next trip. The check-in process was a bit strange since there are no people staffing the building, but follow the email instructions, and its easy enough.

Very clean, and really spacious. Japanese style housing is just the best. Entrance, elevator and walkways are really well maintained. Would definitely stay again if given the chance!

It’s walking distance from the aquarium, the Ferris wheel and mall. Clean. Only issue is the WiFi is extremely slow. Also needs more forms of communication besides line app. Not all tourists use that app.

Overall stay was good. The unit was very spacious for our party of 5. Cleanliness was good too. The onsite free parking was a big plus. The communication could have been a bit better. Only because I have used other no-front desk check in and it was much easier. The sound proofing of the unit wasn’t so good tho. We could hear the sirens as they went by in the night. If we had another big party to accommodate, I would still consider this place for overall value. Since I am not familiar with their check in process.

Has another great stay at this property. We find the location convenient and easy to get around. Easy train ride to Osaka Station for lots of shopping, eating and sight-seeing. The only issue we had was they ran out of parking spaces and one night we had to park locally at a pay lot.

This was a fantastic stay in the middle of my family trip to Japan. After a week of smaller hotel rooms, it was nice to have a chance to stretch out in an apartment. I particularly loved how easy it was to get caught up with laundry! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook basic meals and rest and relax. It is walking distance to the aquarium and LegoLand and we were able to come home for a rest mid-day. The train station was just a short walk from the apartment and we found it easy to use transportation to access other areas of Osaka.

This place was beautiful. It had 2 rooms and extras beds in the living area. Very clean. Close to a small store and a subway station. If you have the JR Pass this subway station does not come included, however it only $2 per person and takes you to a JR Station. The place was very safe. If I would have known how beautiful it was and spacious I would have plained for more nights.

Great stay!
Location is a distance away from the bustling town area, hence a very peaceful and quiet stay. Love that it was a walking distance to the Osaka Aquarium and also the free parking. The apartment is considered spacious compared to many Japanese hotels which we stayed before.

Super clean and spacious! Perfect for families or friends! The property is about a 5 minute walk from the Osakakou Station and the 7 Eleven is a minute away. They even provide laundry detergent so you can do your own laundry! Efficient contactless checkin and checkout! The boat ride to Universal Studios Japan is absolutely breathtaking for 800 yen! After a long day at the park, it’s only a short cab ride away which cost us around 2,000-3,000 yen! The Ferris wheel is about 10-15 minutes away by foot and there’s a shopping mall with Seria and a food court right underneath! Super convenient and I’d stay there again! Highly recommend it!

Very Convenient!
This was awesome. Check-In instructions were easy to understand no problem what so ever. I picked this location because of the free parking and the easy access to the train station. The train station was just a five minute walk. Laundry machine, kitchen, and free internet made this stay extremely comfortable. There were four of us and still had so much space to move around. Did a lot of shopping and had plenty of space for our souvenirs. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka.

The best stay ever!!!
This is the perfect Condo for a weekend getaway and even for USJ trip!!! Overall it was wonderful. It was even better than expected. Spacious, very clean inside and out. And the price was amazing too!!!

We loved staying here! The price point was great for everything you get. It was like an apartment and had free parking. There was a washer dryer, full kitchen and multiple rooms.

If you like to stay somewhere quiet but not far away from the center of Osaka, then this is the place! I booked it online, identification confirmation is done through email, contactless check-in very very easy and smooth, just enter password to the mailbox and get the key. There is a seven eleven one min walk away, and a small grocery store 5 mins away. Train station is also 5 mins away, and 10 mins walk to the Osaka port. It was very nice to walk along the port after sundown. I’d like to stay here again whenever I come to Osaka! Highly recommended! It had everything, kitchen, pots and pans, wash machine, iron machine, etc, but no robe! So please remember to bring your own pajama!

The only drawback is that the front desk is closed under the circumstances therefore the services such as free rental (kitchenware etc.), printing, airport transfer are not available. Amazing stay! This is a great home base. Many free rentals available like games, air purifiers, strollers, etc. Staff is extremely professional and courteous. This was the best bang for our buck we could find. It is close to the Osakako station and convenience stores. Just be aware that the pictures make this place look much bigger than it actually. I also found odd that they won't wash the bedding if a bed is not used during your stay. All in all, this is a 9.5/10 and if this property is as reasonably priced as it was when we went you will not regret it. Try and book a room on a floor higher than 4 for a less enclosed view.
