Rail station across the street, and its an end point so its empty when you get on. Convenience stores are close and staff are helpful.

Excellent service and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with good western and asian food choices. Only drawback was that we arrived late and there were no nearby restaurants open or room service. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again the next time we are in the area.

The overall Hotel was an excellent experience, but all things aren't perfect. My Flight landed at 805 AM, would have been nice to have at least a noon check in, not 2pm. Staff was very nice an professional, Facilities was excellent(complementary night clothes was nice, but I'm a big American guy) to small for me. Buffet for morning had a great selection..but it was cold. Other than that will stay again!

Liber Hotel @ USJ. One station away from hotel to USJ. You can buy USJ ticket if you stay this hotel. Very beautiful Spa, Lobby, Restaurants. 5 minutes walk to Lawson and 7/11. Opposite hotel is the subway station. Very convenient. Hotel restaurants serve very delicious steak. I really enjoyed my stay in Liber hotel and will definitely stay this hotel when I come to Osaka. There are Limousine Bus to and fro Kansai airport for a fee.

What a fabulous hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Rooms were actually quite big (standard trim room) and were very clean. In walking distance from universal and the train station. Also has two combinis within a 5 minute walk. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

My group had an excellent time staying at Liber Hotel. The hotel was extremely clean, staff were very friendly, and the room was welcoming. We booked a standard room and felt like we were in a deluxe room. Bonus points go towards how amazing the shower room was! Also the location was perfect for when we went to Universal Studios. Just a 30 second walk to the train station!

Wow! We loved our stay at Liber Hotel. The size of the room compared to Tokyo hotels was big and super comfortable for a family with 2 little ones. It was a beautiful hotel everything was super new looking and felt like you were staying at a high class hotel. The staff was amazing and always attentive. The cafe had take out that was great after a long day at universal. Lots of food for a great value! The bathroom was super comfortable and the kids loved the bath. It was about an 18 minute walk to universal which allowed us to be there before the crowds. Liber is also right in front of the Sakurajima Station which gives you easy access to the rest of what Osaka has to offer. There also two convenient stores near by for on the go breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Osaka to visit Universal Japan.

I’m coming from US and it was so nice and easy to navigate and very conveniently close to the water and the Universal Park. The staff were easy to communicate with, they cleaned and stocked the room everyday and it was very very clean!!!!

So so great being across the street from a station with a popular train line; as first time travelers to Japan we were extremely tired after each day and not having to worry about a long walk in the dark to your accommodations was very appreciated! Great hotel :)

The train station is right across the hotel. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Make sure to visit the backyard patio. Now you can see the Universal Studios from your hotel room and elevator BUT to get to Universal you still need to take the train 1-stop. There is not much around the hotel without taking the ferry which is somewhat hidden. Not the most straightforward way to get to. But once you cross the water then the ferris wheel, aquarium, dining shopping etc is in the area. Love the hotel and the room just not sure if I would book it again for the convenience if going to Universal Studios.

Liber restaurant and cafe
The overall stay was great. However, the check-in clerk at the desk was not so friendly to foreigner. After the check in we were given instructions on when and what days each of the restaurants were open to guest. We checked in around 17:00 (5pm), got settled in our room and immediately went to the restaurant and cafe on the first floor. My daughter and I was turned away from a nearly empty restaurant and given the explanation that a reservation is required. I asked if I could make a reservation and was told no that the restaurant is fully booked. I went to the front desk to ask about the reservation and guess what… no reservations are needed for the restaurant! We went back to the restaurant, which is only a few feet away. The guy turned us away again… I had to inform the front desk of the discrimination. The front desk went and spoke to the restaurant door man… who then came out to apologize for being wrong! I noticed he only did that to foreigners as we were given a table near the entrance. Other than that the hotel amenities are great and you can purchase USJ ticket from the hotel.
