Ruim appartement vlak bij centrum Omegna.

Omegna is vooral bekend van zijn staalindustrie in het verleden. Ook zijn in Omegna veel keukenapparaten bedacht en gemaakt. In het museum Forum is hier een kleine tentoonstelling van te zien. Omegna is door zijn verleden nog niet zo toeristisch als andere plaatsen in de omgeving zoals Orta en Pella. Het appartement ligt op ongeveer 200m van het centrum. Wel aan een drukke en niet zo'n brede straat. Omdat het appartement iets naar achteren ligt heb je hier weinig last van. De auto kan alleen voor het uitladen en inladen bij het appartement worden geparkeerd. Hiervoor moet je wel even brutaal zijn in het soms drukke verkeer. Waarschuwingslichten aan en midden op de weg stoppen en achteruit de parkeerplek op. Kan allemaal net. De auto kan daarna worden geparkeerd op een gratis openbare parkeerplek 150m verderop Is prima te doen. De eigenaresse (Laura) is heel aardig en wil overal bij helpen. Met een beetje Engels en handen en voeten lukt dat prima. Omdat het appartement zich naast haar winkel bevind is ze altijd goed bereikbaar. Samenvattend, een vriendelijk eigenaresse en een mooi appartement van waaruit je leuke trips en wandelingen kunt maken.

Schönes gemütliches Örtchen

Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Der Ort liegt in der Nähe von vielen Interessenten Großstädte wie Mailand und Turin. Andere Ausflügsziele am Ortasee ( besonders zu empfehlen Orta san Guilio) und an den Stränden von Lago Maggiore sind auch inwendigen Autominuten zu erreichen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten im Ort

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, neu eingerichtet und hat einen großen Hof, in dem man geschützt sitzen kann. Kurze Wege zum See, einkaufen, ausgehen und auch wandern, das Auto haben wir kaum gebraucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzige kleine Kritik: das obere Zimmer lässt sich kaum verdunkeln, ein Rollo am Dachfenster wäre gut.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir direkt im Hof parken durften weil die andere Wohnung nicht belegt war. Ansonsten war es schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden.

- het was schoon, maar beetje met Franse slag. - parkeren op 2 minuten lopen, onder bomen bij de kerk. Om bagage in en uit te laden kan er op de P van de naastgelegen winkel geparkeerd worden. - nette moderne badkamer met toilet en bidet. Douchecabine wel aan de kleine kant voor 'grote mensen'. - goeie keuken. Groot 5-pits gasfornuis met grote oven. Forse vrijstaande koelkast met separaat vriesvak. Weinig glazen. - in centrum van Omegna. Lekker op loopafstand. Wel veel verkeersgeluid en spoorlijn op 100 meter. Nooit echt stil. - bedden aan de korte kant. Geschikt voor mensen tot 1.80m en 80kg. Veel kastruimte op de slaapkamer. - slechtzittende Ikea bedbank in de woonkamer is de enige plek om even onderuit te kunnen zitten. De stoelen (ook buiten) zitten niet comfortabel... - gratis gebruik van wasmachine in berging/werkplaats beneden. - televisietoestel. Niet te veel van verwachten. Er is duidelijk moeite gedaan om er een leuk appartementje van te maken. Eigenaresse/beheerder Laura (ze bestiert ook de winkel ernaast) is alleraardigst en meewerkend en spreekt (naar Italiaanse begrippen) bovendien een bruikbaar woordje Engels.

Tolle Wohnung, nette Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und in Top-Zustand. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
