天井が高く広い部屋には控の間があるような高級宿だった。インテリアデザインも良く、清潔で居心地が良い。二人用のソファとテーブルチェアのセット、ライティングデスク、TV、エアコン。ティーコーヒーメーカー。寝心地の良いツインベッドにビスケットが置いてありました。リネン類は清潔。収納は十分。セーフティボックス。ミニバー。洋服掛けのバーは前後方向で使いづらい。バスローブ。タオル類バスアメニティは充実。浴室にはバスタブ。仕切りは引き戸のアクリルガラス。肌着は手洗いしたが乾きは遅かった。靴磨きの用品もある。無料Wifiは速い。エレベーターがある。セーフティボックスの不具合がありフロントに連絡したらすぐバッテリーを交換してくれた。トラムの停留所と市庁舎広場に近く便利な立地。

歴史的建造物を改修した良い居心地のホテル

ホテルGEMOだった頃から定宿にしてる。市庁舎三位一体塔の広場に近く、古い建物をきれいに改装しており継続してメンテされ清潔で設備も充実した居心地の良いホテル。たまにしか使わないが猛暑日はエアコンがありがたい。以前からいる従業員は「あなたがコメントを書いてくれてから日本客が増えましたよ」と笑顔で送り出してくれた。

Close to main square. The hotel and Staff are the best!!! We loved our breakfast times with Veronica as our hostess. You will not be disappointed.

Good value for the money

Nice hotel with great location. Clean rooms and well functioning AC. The breakfast was fine, you get what you should based on the good prices.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereite Personal. Hervorragende Lage dicht am Zentrum der Altstadt. Je nach Zimmer können bei offenem Fenster die Geräusche der Strasse störend sein. Komme gern wieder.

Great place, really clean

Everything was great, the room was a little warm but we couldn’t figure out how to use the air conditioner. The breakfast was really good as well ! Thanks for the great stay

Most rooms face the very noisy cobbled street with non stop opened bars and grocery shops attracting yelling customers. Despite the fact so hotel was more than half empty, staff was not able to offer a different room.

Hôtel dans le centre

L’hôtel est bien placé par rapport au centre de ville. Proche des commerces et restaurants. Le personnel est très sympa et souriant. J’y retournerai.

Sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich. Lage wunderbar. Mitte in der Stadt. Restaurant leider ab 15.00 Uhr geschlossen. Bar, Weinstube vorhanden, leider geschlossen. Schlafen nur mit geschlossenem Fenster möglich. Straßenlärm.

off the beaten path in Czech.

Perfect location. Easy tram ride to station. This was a highlight of a four week Europe trip. Moravian food is superb.

Extra clean and well appointed. Reliable wifi and airco. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Great buffet breakfast and prime locality only a few minutes walk from all the important and enjoyable tourist sites......museums, art galleries, cathedral, parks, microbreweries, etc.

Won't do better in Olomouc

Great location, one of the nicest hotels I town. Two working AC units in our suite, wonderful in the summer. Showerhead broken, so maintenance lacking a bit. Good breakfast included.
