　４星ハイアットだけあって３星のヒルトンより格を感じましtた。交通のアクセスなど抜群です。 　kingベットに一人。大きな椅子と足置き椅子。机とその上には大型のTV（HYATTのアプリを事前にインストールしておくと便利）。充分広いです。 　１２Fの角部屋だったのでドアを開いた先の左奥が洗面台、トイレ、そしてちょっとだけ残念だった湯舟なし。でもシャワールームは抜群に広いのでそこは目をつぶりました。 　毎日ベットメイキングを頼めばペットボトルの水２本とコーヒーマシーンでいろいろなコーヒーが無料でつくのでここは惜しまず使いましょう。 　メイキングしてもらったら最低ライン２ドルです。 　ニューヨークも日本と同じで生活の苦しい人たちが生活が苦しくなっています。チップの相場は２０％です。 　 　初めてのNYだったので行きのホテルはタクシー使いましたが帰りは公共交通使って空港まで行きました。 　このホテルに日本語を使うスタッフはいないので英語頑張りましょう。こちらが伝える気持ちがあればきちんと相手は聞いてくれます。 　このホテルに少し長めの滞在をするとニューヨーカーの気分をちょっとだけ味わうことができます。 　 　NYはトイレがむっちゃ少なくマックでドリンクだけ頼んでトイレ借りるだけでも５００円以上（３．８９ドル）するのでホテルを拠点に午前中物事を済ましたらホテルに戻る。午後もしかり夕もしかりしてました。 　 　ただNYに行くことや観光だけの目的の方にはこのホテルはお勧めしません。 　NYで本場のミュージカルを味わってやろうとか本場のプロスポーツを味わうんだとか日本人選手を応援しようとか何か一つ特別な目的を持って行く方にこのホテルを超お勧めします。 　最後にお勧めスポット。 　日の出のセントラル・パーク。 　端から端まであるいても１時間半で行けるので 　早朝のセントラルパークはねらい目です。 　朝からニューヨーカーはその公園で黙々とジョギングしてます。観光客は見かけなかったので独り占めしちゃいましたｗ

Nice hotel. Seven minute walk from Grand Central Station. My only issue, and it might have been me, is non access to the thermostat; the room was a little dry and warm for me. But that is just not picking. Great hotel otherwise

I arrived super early, so my room was understandably not read. Shanelle at the front desk was so kind, informative and professional. I received a text when my room was ready, which was very helpful since I was out & about. I typically stay at Hyatts when I go away and have never had a bad experience. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I’ll be back soon!

Beautiful little boutique hotel with very nice restaurant and bar. 7 min walk from Grand Central and 15 min walk from times square. Staff was great.

Great location. Not far from Times Square and Grand Central Station. Great dining options nearby and easy access to the subways. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit small, but that is to be expected in Midtown. Road noise was a bit of an issue, if that is important ask for a higher floor. However we found we got used to the noise pretty quickly. Would certainly stay here again.

Perfect for a weekend getaway to NYC. The only downfall about this hotel is that it has terrible lighting throughout the room. It was so dark.

Excellent stay. Our first night we had to move rooms because our AC was not working but Shanelle and Gregory helped us out and reimbursed us for the night. Great rooms, great showers, great beds. We will definitely be back.

Unbelievably inexpensive for the quality of the stay. Great beds. Amazing shower. We were able to walk to the Empire State Building, the Highline, Times Square and so many more places. The breakfast at the hotel is also fantastic!

Bom hotel !!!
No geral o hotel é bom. Bem localizado, limpo, atendimento bom e em bom estado de conservação. Fiquei com meu filho no quarto com duas camas de casal, porém se estivéssemos em quatro pessoas, o quarto seria bastante pequeno. O café da manhã não é self-service, você terá que escolher entre poucas opções, as quais não eram tão boas.( você pode pedir algumas comidas que não estão no café da manhã, porém são muitos caras, como cobrar 5 dólares por um copo de leite).

NYC weekend
Nice room. Not a large room, but it is NYC. Great & helpful front desk staff. Ideal location. Would definitely stay here again.

Hyatt centric.
The rooms are nicely appointed albeit a tad small. Very comfortable beds and a nice sized bathroom. There is not much of a front lobby but the staff was lovely. Did not try the on site restaurant.

The hotel is located in a very strategic location, close to 5th avenue. Rooms are heated using AC that is incredibly noisy: we talked about it with the staff at front desk and they moved us to another room where the situation was the same. The AC reached 80 decibels of noise (measured with Iphone) and force you to sleep with earplugs unless you wanna wake up each time it starts. There is a fridge in the room without nothing inside….(we are talking about more than 400 euro per night hotel)…
