This hotel is Amazing! They provide breakfast and dinner that absolutely awesome! and the price is very affordable with that spring hot tub and beautiful view!!! I highly recommend to everyone who wanna relax and enjoy nature! This place is a must to come !

Close to Wulai old street, easy access to public transportation. Private hot spring bath in the room. Room included dinner for 4 with lovely hot pots, a la carts menu available too. Friendly staff and services.

Funky and comfortable
You can't beat having a private hot tub overlooking greenery outside. There are also public baths, men and women separate. The hotel is a little funky but comfortable and with pleasant service and good food - hot pot for dinner in your choice of beef, pork, chicken or mushroom (which was great btw). Easy walk to the little train to the waterfall (or walk), with shops run by local tribe. Staff arranged a taxi to airport for 1800 NTD, takes an hour

Pleasant, relaxing stay in Wulai
The service was pretty unfriendly at first during check-in - no smile, a bit rude even. This left a bad first impression but the service was much better during the other times and the ladies in the front were very actually nice by checkout. The hotel is a bit older so the condition and cleanliness is not the greatest like that of newer hotels so that is understandable. Most importantly, my stay was still very comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed my time here and would consider going back again.

Experience at Wulai
Resort is good (in term of cleanliness n services) n location is just beside the old street. Dinner n breakfast provided was only so-so. At night, nothing much to do so basically got to stay at resort.

It's quite a comfortable room, considering that it's remote location. However, the sheets looked like it hasn't been changed. There was hair on and under sheets. That made sleeping very uncomfortable. We spent quite a lot of time trying to get the water in the tub to a suitable temperature. Dinner and breakfast provided was adequate and service staff was helpful generally.

I enjoyed my stay - big room, friendly staff, good hot spa tub, wonderful view from bathroom towards the creek and mountain. The hotel offers half boarding so they provide breakfast and dinner. The menu options seem to be quite limited but it won't be an issue unless you stay too long . Overall recommended.

Hotel is quite dated and in need of a makeover. The sheets in the room were slightly dirty - there were specks on the sheets. However, we were staying only one night, so we didn't say anything. The attached onsen in the room had great views, and it's good to have if you do not want to use the public baths in the hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful, and did their best to make guests feel welcomed. This more than makes up for the less-than-stellar cleanliness of the room.

Hotel is cosy and comfortable. love the stream view from the window.Provide dinner and breakfast which is a plus. Love the steamboat dinner as the greens ingredients are all so fresh.Feels healthy. Room stays warm all night which i like. Toilet seat is a bit low , but i am ok with it.

Nice hotel with great views
This hotel is located on high grounds so it boast a really great view of the valley. The old street is just at the foot of the hotel so its a really pleasant walk through the street lined with food stores. We didn't realise that the public spring bath in the hotel is not for children below 15years old as the water is too hot. I had 2 children aged 7 and 14, so we couldn't use the public baths. Fortunately, our room came with our own sizable bath tub with a good view. The room came with dinner and breakfast. They serve simple but tasty taiwanese food.
