"When we arrived we struggled with finding the key to enter. The book in the apartment had exact description with pictures on how to check in. It would have been helpful to have this in an email. Upon entering the apartment we found that it had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. The beds looked slept on, there was trash in the kitchen and bathrooms, dirty laundry by the washer, and crumbs under the dining table.
