View was amazing. Breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. Dinner options at hotel restaurant were very limited. Wait staff seemed irritated we took more time than they wanted to look at the menu and decide. Front desk staff answered our questions and helped us get a cab, but they really didn't seem happy to do so. Nothing is walkable to this hotel. Overall the view and breakfast were great, rooms were nice, but we wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent positon and view. Very good breakfasts. Dining good but limited menu. No proper bar in the hotel so we went to the one opposite, but that closed at 9 pm. The last funicular from Mergellina and its restaurants was at 10 pm, thereafter taxis had to be taken. Although the view from the terrace was spectacular, the view from my room was just a large wall!

The Hotel has an Amazing view but Naples Government need to control the party time hours to allow the visitor to relax after spend time visiting the attractions.

Rooms are really small. Breakfast is poor. The only great thing is the view from the restaurant. The property is up on a hill and it is really inconvenient to move around.

Stunning room view! No dinner options and area in Naples is not great and super trashy. Staff could be friendlier. Our neighbors stayed up all night drinking and smoking on their patio..super noisy and rude.

We spent 3 nights in the hotel and the noise level was the worst I have ever experienced, guests continuously banged doors until the early mornings and then again as they departed in the early hours. The hotel is situated high up on a hill, there are no facilities in the immediate area, you are required to take a taxi every time you wish to go to the city centre. The photos on the website look like the hotel is on the level across from the Marina, however this is misleading . On a positive note, the staff in the restaurant are first class and the reception staff are helpful and friendly..

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over many years. It has been updated and is very clean and comfortable. The views of the bay of Naples are stunning. The restaurant and roof top bar are very enjoyable.

I loved the gorgeous views from Hotel Paradiso looking over Naples and all the way over to Sorrento. It was quiet at night which was nice, and the food and drinks at the terrace restaurant were enjoyable! The only difficulty was that with the way the roads are in Naples, the location felt a bit far from the 'heart' of Naples. We really did enjoy our stay here after getting engaged in Rome, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Naples in the future.

The views for the seafront were amazing. The room was clean as well. Location is very hard to get to. Also some electrical issues there as well. When we checked in the lights were not working in the room. We had also arranged for a driver through the hotel. Somehow we were unable to find him and we were left taking a taxi.The pool is also an appointment only pool. So unless you book it you cannot utilize it.

My son and I stayed for our 18th and 50th birthday celebrations. Staff were ok but prior to arriving we were told we would get a complimentary bottle of champagne. That never arrived. Nothing special was done for our birthday's either. Also for 2 days I complained about our shower tray filling up to the max when taking a shower. It was repaired slightly but still filling up and we weren't offered to change our room or anything.

Fantastic with zero faults.
The stay was amazing, the great views, the bar and restaurant and the location. I want to say how amazing all the staff are and accommodating. One member of staff made our stay special so thank you to her, she’s the one who brought the champagne out to the pool and made the birthday celebration memorable.

The view from the rooftop bar and restaurant was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. The location is not convenient for travel to Amalfi and other places. The room had issues. Very old and need to be remodeled, the guy at the front desk was not very friendly, he gave me a partial sea view room even though reminded him that I paid for full view sea view , there are tow huge building in front of this hotel to block the view and they still advertise it as full sea view, the view was the only reason I booked that hotel.

Great short break
The hotel is excellent, the personal touch, with a great room and view. Reception were very helpful throughout the entire stay. I would go back. The hotel has a abut remote, so transport or taxis required, but a lovely hotel.

While this hotel is not in the area for the attractions, it is a lovely hotel with amazing views overlooking the coast. We enjoyed the restaurant and the daily breakfast. The staff was helpful. The taxi from the main train station to the hotel was about 30 Euros and was about this amount when we took a taxi to the airport. For going to the main port, the front desk called a taxi which arrived within 5 minutes, and cost about 20 Euros (returning to the hotel in the evening was the same). The wifi disconnected periodically but was adequate. Several TV channels are available in English (CNN, etc)

Even though this hotel was further from the port and the pick up point for many day trips, the staff was very helpful and helping us use the cable car funicilare and bus system to get around. The breakfast that was included was excellent, great coffee and the best croissants I have ever had. Like much of Europe and Italy, it was not very handicap accessible for people who need accommodations in getting around. However I would stay there again for the service, the food and the view.

Very helpful and friendly staff from reception to restaurant. Lovely view on roof terrace. Fabio was our waiter on the rooftop the evening we arroved and he was so attentive. Really enjoyed the stay , thiugh brief. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable.
