One of the best stay in Italy!
Not crowded, very calm & clean, and staffs are quite good, restaurant & breakfast as well. I completely say, 'You should decide to book right now!' Worth of come across by 30min of boat.

The hotel is beautiful and calm, the staff are helpful and it is convenient to get to it, a water taxi station is about 4 min walk and the hotel has its own water taxi drop off for private transportation.

Ein absolutes Wohlfühlhotel. Zustand ist top. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind gross. Alles entspricht den Aufnahmen. Großes Bett mit Kissenauswahl, großer Schrank, viele Ablagemöglichkeiten; auch im Bad. Wir hatten ein Parkview-Zimmer und man schaut dort wirklich ins Grüne. Man sollte aber wissen, dass dort auch ein kleiner Spielplatz ist und das bei geöffneten Fenster durchaus mal kleine Mücken reinkommen. Aber bei geschlossenem Fenster, dank guter Klimaanlage alles kein Thema. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Frühstück ist auch gut und umfangreich. Und wir haben es genossen, unseren letzten Kaffee am Morgen immer auf der kleinen Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer zu uns zu nehmen. Übrigens auch ein guter Platz, um am Nachmittag mal lesend zu chillen.

Helpful and friendly staff, fully focused on the customer really makes a difference. Although the hotel is not in Venice per se, the distance and travel time is compensated by nice facilities and amazing and caring staff that is customer focused.

Hôtel magnifique, que ce soit la décoration, les chambres, le restaurant... tout est beau et propre! Le personnel est tres agréable et aux petits soins! Nous avions pris une suite familiale. Overall we enjoyed our stay. However we requested a steamer because we needed to steam out our clothes before a photoshoot we were having. The first steamer didn’t work at all, wouldn’t even turn on, so we requested another. The second one also did not work. So we requested an iron, and that did not work either. By this time we didnt even have enough time to address the issue because we needed to go to our photoshoot and our clothes were wrinkled for it.

I can not fault this place! Clean, tidy, beautiful location (it is a 20 minute walk to the 20 minute walk to the water bus to Venice which then is 20 minutes) but would not change anything, the MOST amazing thing was the staff, if they make feel as half special as me and my mum you'll love it! Things I'd recommend 3 day water bus pass €45 for 72 hours which even got us to Burano from the stop a 10 minute walk away, I'd also suggest even if just for your trip home the water bus for €8 and 30 minutes away from Musou stop (they start at 8:11am) or the ones from the main stop (sorry I can't remember it's name start at 4:20am) I was with my 76 year old mum and as active as she is, she's not as agile so the water taxi's were not that easy

We really enjoyed the quiet luxury of the NH Hotel, the serene, tasteful, modern design and spacious indoor and outdoor guest areas, the comfortable room and the thoughtful, attentive customer service. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the hotel arranged for a band to perform during the cocktail hour one evening that added greatly to the fun. A special thanks to three staff members who went above and beyond in ensuring we felt welcomed Matteo, Patryvja and Gianmarco. Murano is an ideal location and the hotel the perfect respite from the busyness of Venice. We hope to stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and the room was cosy with a nice, comfortable bed. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent but the portions were quite small. The hotel is just 3 minutes from the Murano Navagero water bus station that takes you to Venice within 15 minutes. We would like to stay again at this hotel in the future.
