More than decent.
Room was warm and cozy. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. Liked the amenity too. Mini bar I felt overly priced.

ロケーションが大変いい
U駅からも近く、自身の目的地へのアクセスもよかったので満足しています。 部屋はとても広く、バスタブ(床暖房)も有り日本人にはとてもありがたいホテルです。 部屋の温度調整が出来なかったので暑く思いましたが、外気を入れて調整はできました。 洗面台が部屋の中に設置されて有り、洗面台の構造上水が飛び散りやすいのが難点でした。 5日間滞在中の掃除は日によって質が違ったように思います。(綺麗な時とあまりそうではない時) 夜にレセプション担当の女性がとても感じのいい方でした。 朝食はつけていないので感想は言えませんがビュッフェではなく個一人一人に決まったものが来るようです。

Boutique hotel in a great location
Lovely boutique hotel in a great location , near to shops , cafes , bars & public transport. Very good breakfast available.

Very convenient location for getting to all the touristy sights of Munich. Rooms aren't big and don't have a lot of storage.

Very quiet, ideal to get rest on business. Fairly large room. It would have been great to upgrade the facilities and have some nice touches such as slippers, nevertheless a good hotel.

Stayed at La Maison multiple times now and the attentiveness of the staff never disappoints. Hotel is always clean and rooms are well equipped and laid out.

Good location, super friendly staff, good price. Spacious rooms, shower did not have a lot of pressure and sink did not drain well. Designs were not well thought through but bed super comfortable.

Noise at 5 am
Nice nights. The bed were comfortable. However, at 5 am there was noise from the parking entrance. It was annoying. This should be avoided

Great hotel, the location, the staff, very nice. Only downside was the A/C unit, it was a bit awkward with the end of the hose to the unit hanigng outside the door/window. Didn't feel comfortable keeping it open all night. Overall, very happy with our stay. Thank you.

Great location
Nice hotel in a good location, comfy bed and loved the sink and vanity unit however the hotel has a few down sides, the rooms are too hot even in freezing weather outside, lighting is the room was poor, one of the lamps was broken and the shower was temperamental. Reception bar area was being decorated which was a bit unsightly as otherwise cool decor. I would have preferred a breakfast buffet as ordering of a menu was awkward.
Vanity unit with sink in the room. However neither sink had a working plug !

The hotel and especially the room is dark. The black and purple interior didn’t do it for us. It was warm and the airco had a ‘tube’ going outside via the window. It felt all a bit impersonal and although the area is great I will not go back

Great location. Lots of good restaurants around. Bike rental place same block so you can go riding in the Gardens. We were there on Easter and they left us big chocolate bunnies on the bed!

La Maison und Schwabing…. Ein muss….
Wunderbar wie immer. Besuch in München….immer nur über La Maison. Es ist sauber, große Zimmer, sehr zentral gelegen und bestens geigbet für eine ausgiebige Tour durch das Nachtleben von Schwabing.

Nice stay
Decent place to stay. Not as fun as staying in the Marienplatz but close to the subway so easy to get around. My only complaint is they don’t serve potatoes with the eggs!

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a boutique atmosphere with nice design features, especially in the bar area. The staff were welcoming and helped me with travel advice. My room was compact but comfortable and had a bonus balcony. The hotel is in an amazing area with tons of cute shops and neighbourhood restaurants. It was a real bonus. Marienplatz is only a few stops on the tube or a nice walk away.

Soweit alles fast in Ordnung. Nur das Badezimmer im Einzelzimmer ist eine Zumutung. Das Waschbecken geschätzt 40 cm x 40 cm.

Great room with easy parking
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great. The only drawback was that there was a bit of noise in the night from the street outside.

Kleines und feines, zentrales Hotel
Sehr schönes, zentrales Hotel in Schwabing. Toller Service, große (moderne) Zimmer jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer zur Straße hin können durch die ganzen umliegenden Restaurants/Bars abends/nachts etwas lauter werden. Parkhaus für 15€/Nacht direkt neben dem Hotel.
