The hotel room was dusty. With allergies it was not great to be in there until I had woped down the room and bathrrom. The tub was clogged and backed up some gross hair and grime. By the time I was done showering in was shin deep in water in the tub. Which I had to hurry up in 5 mins. Hurried shower is not relaxing. Armore doors were broken. Doesnt slide properly. The room get a bare minimum clean.

It was not clear when booking that the shuttle shut down at 11:00pm. We were 4 adults renting 2 rooms. We only needed them for 6 hours while waiting for our layover For the price we paid at an international airport we should have had transportation. We had to get a taxi that cost us an additional $40. We would have booked a different hotel had we known that. The details said it included a shuttle, to see the times you needed to look under more services. That was the only service we were looking for so I did not click on the arrow key. It should be clear when it said you have shuttle service of the times it is not available. Very disappointed and we will never stay there again. The cost of the hotel includes that service and we did not get any discount when it was not available.

Newly renovated and organized. Bath tub was dirty. I took photo and if there is option to upload it, I’ll do that. Rest of room was clean and organized. Otherwise property was great. I thought breakfast is included but it wasn’t and expensive ($30 per person). Shuttle bus heater wasn’t working and it was freezing cold in it.

It is in an industrial area, so meal options are limited. You can always order in. The pool & sauna weren't open (which we knew before booking) but it still would have been nice.

Everything. The room was dirty, and there was parts of the flooring coming up and when we broguht it up they said we will have someone come to your room in the next hour and possibly move you. Noone ever showed up. We spent $300 for this suite and there was stuff all over the walls and they ignored us about the floor coming up. On top of that we paid so much for a suit and a bsic continental breakfast was not only not included but bad, cold, and $50 for two people. And then we ordered dinner that night at the hotel from the hotel resturaunt and of course it was way over priced but also seemed like food that was reheated in a microve and look NOTHING like the menu photos. Then we decided to use the pool with our kid, we booked it specifically for the indoor pool, and the water was so cold it was like ice water. It had to be in the low 70s. It was unbearable even my child wuldnt get in and she gets in much colder water than I. And of course the pool area was a mess. Dirty, with towels everywhere, and a bathroom/changing area that was disgusting. I have never left a poor review on a hotel but this is was just not okay.
