The house is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. Its 200 m2 are distributed into a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all en Suite.
There is a furnished porch overlooking the garden, a stationary barbecue and a fixed sun-bathing area around the pool.
While set in a quiet, rural environment, the property is only 8 km from the beach and 3 km from the beautiful town of Mercadal.
