Bathroom sink stopped up, drained slowly. Breakfast was atrocious, not hot, orange juice was just colored water, oatmeal not hot, orange juice machine still broken for a week.

So very friendly

The young lady working the desk when I checked in and for a few days after was so pleasant and kind. The others that worked the desk were also very pleasant and nice. I don't think I have had that kind of friendliness in a long time. Thank you all for a great stay.

I loved the friendly staff and great breakfast I enjoyed the comfy bed and everything was close to the hotel, I would stay again!

Do not like the new window shades. Cannot lower the room darling shades and there was so much light coming into our room during the night.

We booked it for the pool and hot tub. Neither worked. Areas of carpet are stripped, our bathroom door was scratched, paint was missing, etc. It needs basic maintenance. Grout is missing in many areas. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was actually very good.
