Nice Family Hotel
Nice hotel for families. Nice pool and kids pool in complex. Rooms very clean. Free car park opposite hotel which does get busy. Very friendly staff. Only criticism and its hot a harsh criticism is that the food could be improved a little on the buffet. Having stayed at other 4* hotels on the island in the same week we found the food to be lacking a bit in variety and quality. Overall very nice stay and kids loved it apart from no free WiFi?

Not the best hotel I've stayed in.
Much of my review is probably down to the fact it is the last week of the season for the hotel. The staff were mainly quite pleasant, although there was one or two who couldn't raise a smile in the dining hall and behind the bar. The rooms were not particularly clean and the towels had seen better days. The toiletries provided were very poor quality and not replenished. The room had been booked for several months and when we arrived, then had to wait for a put me up bed to come for our little niece, in other words for a 2 bed room to be converted into a 3 bed room. This also made the already small room very cramped. The food was mainly lukewarm regardless of when you went to the dining hall. We chose to eat out several times although we were half board in order to get something hot. I must say though, other people we spoke with had different views in that they thought the food was amazing. The kids club was fantastic, with our niece thoroughly enjoying her time there, so thanks to Luke and Sergio. The pool was far to cold to be used although a couple of brave souls did. The climbing frame in the children's play area should have been condemned. The plastic coating covering the chains had disintegrated leaving the chains unprotected and I dread to think the damage that could have been caused had a small child slipped with there fingers through the holes in the chain. The area was on the whole closed due to end of season. Not a hotel I'll visit again but others I spoke to would.

Nice hotel close to the beach. Beds very hard, air conditioning didn't work in my room. Entertainment was underwhelming. Most of the staff didn't smile ever, I felt like I was an inconvenience. The younger waiters and waitresses were the only ones friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, lots to choose from. The outside bar/snack bar was closed most of the time we were there. Spotlessly clean rooms, lobby, dining room etc.

Close to everything Palma nova has to offer. The all inclusive is well worth every penny we paid.The food was excellent. The pool and pool bar was 10 out of 10. The room was emmacculate and spotless. We can not fault this hotel and hope to stay again in the future.

Great location near beach . Many walking opportunities nearby to numerous restaurants, shops and bars. Hotel is very nice and in great condition. Dinner and breakfast buffets very good. Exceptional value and we would definately stay here again.

Estancia, bastante bien, aunque la comida muy poco variada y no es , para nada, de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. La limpieza buena, los ascensores muy escasos, la zona de la piscina bonita y cuidada,aunque por la noche grupos ruidosos. La ubicación no está mal, un poco alejado de la playa.

Good Hotel and a great location!
Lovely hotel, Staff mostly friendly in a great location two minute walk from the beach if u use the back gate, the snack bar by the pool sadly didnt open till our last day (May 2nd) due to it being out of season so snacks are very scarce for an all inclusive if u book out of season. Food in the Restaurant was always nice and plentiful but it never seemed very warm. Would come back again but probably only in season if we went all inclusive again.

Dejligt hotel, fin beliggenhed, god service. Vi var på halvpension: morgenmaden god, aftensmad/Buffet, på det jævne. De samme desserter hver dag Dejlige værelse, men der manglede en lampe til at læse ved. der var et helt lyspanel, så hvis ens partner ville sove, og den anden læse, var det ikke nemt. Dejligt badeværelse med toiletartikler. Godt til børn: børnebassin med rutschebane og oppe på land, legestativer og hus Alt i alt et godt hotel til prisen

Hotel nice decent location. Food choice terrible caters mainly for the Spaniard's. We stayed on the 5th floor only 2 lifts in the hotel so most days had to use the stairs on several occasions.

Sehr netter Empfang, man spricht Deutsch und Englisch, einchecken unkompliziert. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind neu renoviert und ansprechend gestaltet. Die Betten sind neu und bequem. Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt aber jeden Tag das gleiche. Das große Problem in dem Hotel sind die dünnen Wände. Man hört die Leute im Nebenzimmer schnarchen und es gibt englische Partygruppen, wie z.B. Junggesellinnen Abschied, die die ganze Nacht durch feiern. Wenn man solche Gruppen in der Nähe des eigenen Zimmers hat, hat man verloren. Wir fanden das ganze Hotel echt klasse, aber wir haben durch den ständigen nächtlichen Krach kaum geschlafen und würden es deshalb nicht weiterempfehlen. Die erste Woche hatten wir zwei laut schnarchende Nachbarn und dann kamen die englischen Partygruppen. Es ist echt so schade, weil das Hotel selbst richtig schön ist!

Hotellin henkilökunta mukavaa pääasiassa ja huone oli tosi siisti . Huoneen seinien äänieristys tosin onneton niin että saa varautua meluun käytävältä ja naapurihuoneista . Meillä oli täysihoito joka oli tosi halpa hinnaltaan ja varmaan siksi osoittautui hieman kehnoksi . Vertaisin ehkä laitosruokaan tai ehkä huonompaan jopa paitsi jälkkärit :-D . Mutta mahansa sai täyteen edullisesti joka päivä kuitenkin . Kaikkiaan kuitenkin 4 tähden paikka tai ainakin lähelle jossei oteta sitä ruokapuolta laskuun mukaan kun ei se ainakaan maaliskuussa -17 maksanut juuri mitään .

Nice hotel within easy walk of the centre
We were given a large room overlooking the pool area with a sea view which was very clean. The TV had English programmes on as well as many others. The large seating area outside had plenty of sunbeds both around the pool and on a terrace. There is a snack bar serving both drinks and hot food until 6pm every day. The gate by the pool was open from 8am until 11pm which enabled you to walk down to the shops and sea front easily. The hotel doesn't have a carpark but parking wasn't a problem along the surrounding street during our stay in October

Hotellet är jättefint och ligger nära stranden.
När vi, tre par, kom till hotellet skulle vi inte få rum med havsutsikt/poolutsikt trots att vi mailat dem och fått OK på detta, så detta var en besvikelse för oss. Efter lite "tjafs" skulle vi få detta om vi betalade 5 EUR/ dag, vilket vi då gjorde. Två rum med havsutsikt och ett med poolutsikt (men vi såg inte poolen då det var flera palmer i vägen). Detta var det enda som irriterade oss, annars var hotellet jättefint och maten var bra. Poolrestaurangen hade ett stort utbud av mat,ex. hamburgare, korv, kycklingvingar/lår sallad chips o.s.v. Hotellet genomgår under vinterhalvåret renovering och denna vinter ska man ta sig an rummen efter vad jag kan förstå. Poolområdet var det bästa man kan tänka sig. Stranden ligger ett par minuters gångväg från hotellet.

Auf den ersten Blick sieht das Hotel sehr einladend aus. Zimmerausstattung nicht so toll, alte Möbel und die Betten ein Alptraum. Jeden Morgen sind wir mit rückenschmerzen aufgewacht. Sehr viele Engländer welche die Option all inklusive wirklich ausnutzen und dann mitten in der Nacht sehr laut sind. Frühstücksbuffet war ok, Abendbuffet fanden wir gut. Es war genug Auswahl an Fleisch und Fisch, verschiedene Salate und frisches Obst. Wer seine Ruhe genießen möchte ist in diesem Hotel falsch. ...

Great Resort, Great Hotel
This is a great hotel in the fantastic resort of Palma Nova. Located back from the main strip, but still just a stones throw from the beach. The food was excellent (and being all inclusive I tried quite a lot of it!) as were the local wines and spirits. Service (restaurant and housekeeping) excellent. Reception staff generally good, although was surprised that I wasn't asked if I enjoyed my stay etc when I checked out. Was pretty much ignored when I left the keys so didn't feel particulalry valued as a guest. Luckily I like the place and so will go back regardless. This was our third stay in three years and have to say very pleased with the improvements being made since Globales took over. Apparently there is further work planned for the actual rooms and so very much looking forward to seeing what they have done with them next year. Would higly recommend.

Very good
My wife and I were only there for 5 days but we're very happy with everything. Food was very good, lots of variety every day. Everywhere was clean and the staff very polite and friendly.

Hele mooie ligging, eten valt heel erg tegen. Elke dag hetzelfde en erg vet. Hotel zelf is erg gehorig, je kunt meegenieten wat de buren aan het doen zijn. Animatie team praat geregeld Frans en bijna geen Engels. Kamer en roomservice is wel prima. Erg schoon en elke dag wordt het erg netjes gemaakt.

On arrival with my son and his wife and baby daughter I was told that there was only one room booked and not two as I had thought. It was very late and so I accepted the situation and paid £140 for another available room for the night. I was told that this room wasn't available after the first night and my only option was to sleep I n the room with my son and his family after that as there were no rooms to be had at any Globales hotel at that time. I did this for two nights and then managed to check with my credit card company and establish that I had paid for two rooms as I believed. I was then found a room on the same corridor as my family and i moved in with a sigh of relief. The extra monies thatched paid for this privilege 500 euros and the cost of the first night was then refunded to me with profuse apologies . I was not offered anything in the way of compensation , not even an upgrade of my room. The room I was given stank of cigars. I did not complain as I didn't want to further upset myself on ago midst that had proved quite difficult . The staff were all v polite but took three days to discover their mistake and only did this with evidence from me . Would you please let me know my position in terms of compensation . I would like to visit the hotel again but do not feel that they addressed the issue of compensating me for my upset and inconvenience on holiday .

Para vacaciones tranquilas
Hotel de 4 estrellas. Esta muy bien, tranquilo, actividades ludicas. La comida normal, buena y algo variada. La piscina muy bien, pero si piensas estar a primera hora, tienes aue reservar hamaca (aunque mo deberia ser asi). A un paso de la playa, por cierto bonita y tranquila. Y muchas tiendas de turistas a 5 min. Repetiria sin pensarlo.

" Bra Hotell "
All inklusive var bra men man tröttnar tyvärr på maten efter tredje dagen. I stort sätt serveras nästan samma mat varje dag. Personalen var mycket trevliga och alltid behjälpliga. Vi hade även Wi-fi inkluderat för hela veckan som fungerade väldig dålig. vårt rums utsikt var strålande. Trots små brister rekommenderar jag det här hotellet.

Graziso albergo a 2 passi dal mare
Struttura davvero bella,stanza tutto sommato spaziosa e bella,ma dovrebbe essere più solare nei colori.La vasca era un po' scrostata sull'esterno(fortunatamente),ma bagno largo.Non era in riva al mare,ma dai piani alti si poteva vedere una bella vista del mare.Al settimo piano si stava bene,anche sol aprendo la finestra si poteva avere una bella aria fresca. Ah ho dimenticato, per il frigo che era rotto sono stati tempestivi,grazie, ma dopo un giorno è partito di nuovo, ed ho rinunciato. Erano principalmente tedeschi,inglesi e spagnoli I contro di questo hotel:: - la sala da pranzo confusionaria per la troppa gente da servire, e se eri solo al tavolo,appena ti alzavi per prendere qualcos'aòtro rischiavi di perdere il tavolo. - Il mangiare, per me non come dicono tutti che sia internazionale, ma che diventava freddo in fretta e la qualità non è delle migliori. Solo la colazione ed i dolci valevano la pena. - Wifi super costoso, ma scherziamo!?!? 5 euro per un giorno, qui sono molto critico, non chiedo che lo mettiate gratis, ma più di 2 euro al giorno....poi nel mio caso con quel che ho pagato. Comunque un 4 stelle dovrebbe regalartelo

Hotel tranquilo y próximo a la playa
El hotel nos ha parecido muy tranquilo, y su ubicación ideal al estar muy cerca de la playa pero sin ser primera linea. El bufet está bien sin ser espectacular, pero el régimen todo incluido es interesante y muy recomendable. El personal muy amable

Close to beach clean food is good
The food was good and varied however the reception staff are slow and extremely unhelpful

Hotel Palma nova
When we arrived we did not realise we were all inclusive and we were upgraded to a sea and pool view the bar service was fantastic and the snacks available at the pool bar were very good not just burgers but steak and pizzas chicken and salads also fresh fruit the staff were very friendly and polite all public areas of the hotel were immaculately clean and the swimming pool was cleaned everyday as was the patio areas we stayed in a 4star hotel in Cyprus last month this hotel beat it hands down

Fräscht hotell med lugnt läge!
Vi bokade några nätter med all inclusive, mycket bra urval på mat och fräscht i matsalen. Hotellet är fint och nyrenoverat, mycket bra städat och personalen är trevlig. Dessutom gratis parkering utanför på gatan. Trevligt område lite vid sidan av I Palma Nova. Lugnt på natten. Kan verkligen rekommendera hotellet!
