Not worth the money paid
The bathroom was disgusting with black mold on the walls. The shower initially wouldn't drain. It was remedied, however the shower was not cleaned. I ended up purchasing cleaning supplies myself to clean the apartment so that we could use it and not het sick. The beds did not have sheets that covered the mattress completely leaving me to go and purchase sheets to cover the mattress so we weren't sleeping on an uncovered mattress. The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. The apartment had a beautiful view and is in a fantastic location. Unfortunately that didn't make up for the lack of cleanliness.

Very good amount of space in the apartment. Beautiful views. Very nice people running the place. The apartment could’ve been cleaner the shower needs bleach. The beds were small and hard other than that. It’s a wonderful place. It’s a three star not a four star.

Ideal location, unfortunately we were in the room directly above the Chinese Restaurant, so we were woken every morning at 7.45am by loud banging from deliveries. Receptionist was very good, we were given the option to move onto 4th floor, but this overlooked the road rather than the sea, so we declined.

Déçus.
Très bon accueil, un hôtel idéalement situé puisqu en front de mer et avec une vue imprenable ! En revanche, murs peu épais et endroit très bruyant. (Voisinage direct et indirect) Un resto chinois qui, lorsqu il ferme fait un boucan du tonnerre !!! (De 23h30 à 00h15) Des passants qui font énormément de bruits car les bars et restos aux alentours regorgent de touristes éméchés (dominance d anglais) Je me dis que nous étions qu en Mai, alors qu est ce que cela doit être en haute saison !! De plus, pour se garer aux alentours c est un véritable enfer ! Peu de place et pour charger/ décharger la voiture c est infernal. (Heureusement que nous n étions qu au premier étage) Enfin, alors que la recherche avait été faite avec un filtre « animal de compagnie accepté », nous avons eu la belle surprise de nous faire refuser dans un premier temps la location: après négociation, un surplus de 60€ pour à peine 4 jours de présence nous a été demandé pour tolérer sa présence, et à payer en liquide bien entendu !! En revanche, en 4 jours, malgré les 30€ de taxes et frais divers, plus 17€ de taxe de séjour (et donc 60€ pour un Chien qui je précise est 90% du temps avec nous), on nous déclare que le ménage n est fait que tous les 3 jours. Nous sommes donc globalement très frustrés et désabusés de cette expérience.

Good location, next to 2 beaches and a short walk to another beach. Plenty of places to eat/drink within 15 min walk. Tammy was very nice and very helpful.

Reception area; lovely, clean, modern & well lit. On arrival, check in went well. We were glad the property had a lift-it was needed! After travelling we wanted to shower. Immediately noticed the shower head holder was broken. Alex fixed it 3 days later & the shower was roomy, full flow & easy to use. We had a studio apartment; the view/space wasn’t great & no upgrade available. It was ‘okay’ & we had everything required for our 2 week stay. If we wanted fresh sheets/towels we asked & it wasn’t a problem. The living area sofa bed wasn’t comfy to sit on, we had problems with the TV but overall the apartment was clean & well equipped. The beds are really clean & comfy. Tammy was brilliant, approachable & went the extra mile sorting our transfers home. Any other staff we happened to meet were always lovely. A fantastic location & I’d suggest people always book the sea view. Despite looking onto the street the area was fine & any street noise wasn’t a problem. Although, I did have a great time watching the thunderstorms & heavy rain. Security is good. AC was great! Lots of things to see & do in the immediate area & if you’re unsure about anything; Tammy is so helpful. We are returning to Palma Nova next year & considered these apartments again but decided not to. This is not a reflection on the apartments/staff, its only because of our age & some serious health conditions that we have booked more regularly serviced accommodation. We had a fantastic time. Thanks Tammy & all.

The best things - the view and Tammy at front desk
The view is simply breathtaking, we had room on 6th floor plus the balcony is enormous. Small kitchen helps, even though we ate out. Very spacious 1-bedroom apartment, neighborhood is lively, a bit noisy, busy until late, if you have your windows open instead of airconditioning. Tammy at reception gives great tips what to see, plus I needed something printed and she did it on the spot with big smile on her face. She has best English I've heard here in Mallorca this week.
