The place is close to a sainsbury and also the Chancery and Holborn tube stations. We liked the location a lot. The amenities of the hotel were great and we used the laundry machine which did a great job. The only negative thing was the bathroom door is a pocket door and not soundproof at all so you could hear everything when someone was in there. If alone 10/10, if with a friend 7/10.

Excellent base for a very busy work trip. Warm and comfortable with facilities for cooking and cleaning. Could have done with room being cleaned more frequently than once a week.

Dreadful service from Hotels.com website as always. Mix up with the booking, finally given the apartment i requested but had to move again as the toilet was bloced and flooding. Apartments are sterile with no character, air con and lighting were full blast or off. Noisey and no shops open for miles to buy even just soft drinks and chocolate

Excellent apartment
Well-equipped and good size apartment, would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay in this area of central London. The apartment was very clean, desk staffed 24 hrs and all staff very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place to stay
I’ve stayed at Supercity Aparthotels 8 times and it’s always been a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly and the apartments are very clean and beautiful. The location is a wonderful place. This latest trip I had booked was cancelled due to Coronavirus, but I fully intend to continue staying at this hotel and their other locations as much as possible. I can’t recommend it enough.

Really hot. Need to have the air con on to sleep, despite being December. Bed is quite good and they give you plenty towels.

Great little gem near Chancery Lane tube
Great little gem. New fixtures, clean and spacious. Close to station but access from tube is via a small lane which seems daunting but its not an issue at all. Friendly and helpful front desk and the gym is really well equipped.

Very pleased
Nice and quiet even tho construction across the street. Impeccably clean. Receptionists always friendly and with a smile. Only thing poor was mattress. Sheets were great. Fully stocked sparking kitchen. Very very nice.

Friday Night Stay
The hotel is in an excellent central location, close to plenty of amenities. We stayed for one night. The room was extremely comfortable and contained lots of useful items to use during the stay. Small touches, such as a small carton of milk in the fridge made the apartment feel like home immediately. The entire hotel was also well decorated and extremely clean. Thank you to the staff for an excellent stay.

Modern , clean apprtment near Holborn Circus
This was a late booking - I wanted somewhere reasonably close to our office and an apartment at the Chronicle was available so I went for it. I'm glad I did. Located close to Holborn circus , so 10 minute walk to St Pauls / Farringdon , 5 mins to City Thameslink. Check in was quick and easy. They do ask for photo ID though which i wasn't expecting but wasn't a problem as I had my driving license on me. The apartment itself was great. Very modern , very clean , no noise from outside. Very well appointed - Bed was a King and verty comfortable, there is space to work , a sofa to chill out on , a small dining table and 2 chairs . The kitchen was equipped with A washer, dishwasher, fridge, oven , 2 ring hob with extractor hood. , kettle and nesspresso machine. Complimentary tea and coffee and a couple of bottles of water and milk in the fridge (nice touch) . I didn't make much use of the kitchen but it's there if you want to , and there is a Sainsburys a 2 minute walk away , so if you are on a budget and want to provide for yourself, you can do that . Great shower in the bathroom . Only gripe was that the water in the sink was not hot enough despite running it for longer than perhaps I should , but it was fine in the shower , which was the main thing. All in all , this is a great place to stay if you want a place in that location.

Great service and great room!
Had a great time. The people working there were helpful with everything if we needed help with everything from ordering pizza to telling us where to find different shops and places to go. The place were just starting up when we stayed there so everything was really nice and new. The mobile device in the room didn't work yet but wasn't that really necessary anyways. A great place to stay in a lovely area!
