Very nice hotel.... Easy to access downton. But, parking is far away. Another problem is related to its proximity to the immigration supporting house. Therenyou can several people living in tends.

The property is located in the heart of Lisbon so it's very convenient. The surroundings, although there are not dangerous or noisy, are dirty.

Lovely property, easily reached using the excellent transport network . Some people may consider the surrounding area a bit on the 'rough' side, but we had no issues...visited a couple of nearby restaurants which were also very good

Walk to everything. Comfortable bed and great bath towels. Good housekeeping. Front desk staff pretty grumpy. An easy Uber ride to the airport. Metro stop one minute walk away.

The location is convinient. easy to access train station.Our room was cosy, clean, with nice kitchen & garden. And above all Excellent service!! The receptionist, and room cleaner were very kind. They coopolate with find out my lost earring. I was impressed that. Thanks a lot. If I go to Lisbon, I would love to stay again.

A fantastic little hotel in a great part of Lisbon. The rooms are lovely and super clean. Staff were friendly knowledgable and very helpful. I'm a solo female traveller and this hotel ticket all the boxes. 💯Reccomend

Super comfortable beds and pillows
The beds and pillows were the best!!( in the guesthouse) basic room but clean and co.fortable. staff were very friendly and helpful. Kept our luggage an extra amount of time after checkout also. The neighbourhood is a bit out of the main area and there are some soup kitchen lines and some street people hangin about.

Clean and comfortable rooms in good location
I stayed in both the small double and standard double rooms during my stay and both were excellent. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance of main Lisbon sites and is very close to a metro station. I would stay here again.

Great value for the price. Check-in was easy and staff was super-friendly. Room was small as we expected but perfectly fine. Only concern was that the bathroom sink and counter had hairs left on them. That was disappointing.

I was "upgrade" from the guesthouse side to the hotel for free so my review is of the hotel side. I am not sure what decides who gets the upgrade or not. The hotel side Was very nice. Room was clean, fresh, high quality. My only negative comment was that the property address given takes you across the street and it confused our uber driver twice.

Style Hotel was the best as it was spacious, and well lite! Most European hotels hardly have light and unable to see when applying makeup. The hotel was so clean, and had all the amenities needed. We were pleasantly surprised! Not the best area, but the rooms were so clean and nice💕💕💕

Loved the location next to a metro stop. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was pleasant. The room was small but had the necessities and was clearly recently renovated. Would recommend highly. Great value.

Comfort, clean, and well located.
The host was very accommodating with check in time. He showed us how to operate everything. The kitchen is nice and clean and the view outside over the streetscape was good. Lots of stairs to climb but Lisbon is full of stairs! Five to ten minutes walk to cafes and tram stop.

I landed at this hotel at the eleventh hour after an awful experience at another hotel – I was already in Lisbon so the stress of the last-minute rebooking was not as bad as it would have been if I were arriving from the US but the moment I called the hotel to make sure I could check in early, I was instantly at easy. I was initially supposed to stay at the guest house next door, managed by the same team - but upon arrival, I learned I received an awesome upgrade to a small but lovely single room (with no view to talk of but for 90€ a night in high season, it was an excellent deal.) The place is clean, safe, and perfectly located; the staff was amiable and ready to accommodate my every request with professionalism and efficiency - from a restaurant/shop recommendation to useful information and even a scale to weigh my heavy suitcases! A major plus: the hotel is located a few blocks away from Lisbon's most famous seafood restaurant... and half a block from a subway stop /steps to everything worth seeing in this part of the city. I enjoyed this stay very much and I recommend this place wholeheartedly. Moito obrigada!

The staff was very helpful while at the hotel and after leaving I forgot a piece of luggage in a taxi, the young lady on shift at the reception desk that morning was instrumental in helping me reclaim my item from the taxi company. Great location and staff!

I was a little taken aback by how small and compact the room was but, as it turned out, it was comfortable and efficient. Walking distance to a major hub: Praça Comercio and metro stops and restaurants are nearby. The neighborhood was a little noisy, but there were double-paned windows that allowed for quiet sleep. The front office was open 24/7 and very accommodating when my planed was delayed and I arrived at 2:30AM. The staff was helpful and friendly and spoke several languages.
